I ordered the Honey Garlic Wings. When they arrived it was the wrong order. I called the store and spoke to the manager who immediately argued with me and accused me of not telling the truth. I offered to send a picture and did and she still refused to refund my order. She hung up on me twice also. After I got off work, I brought the chicken back and showed them and was told I had to wait for the manager to arrive. Eventually the manager shows up and begins apologizing claiming it was busy. She kept cutting me off when I would try to talk. Eventually she claims I will get a refund. Normally the food is great, this was the 1st time I received the wrong food. I simply asked for a refund due to not being able to eat the order I received since it was too spicy for my tastes.

This is a pretty good chain spot for Korean fried chicken. It’s nice to have on campus, I tried a few different types of wings and stuck to traditional chicken wings. No judgement but I’ve always felt people go wrong trying to eat boneless wings. It’s just not the same. The crunch on the chicken was superb and the chicken itself was hot, juicy and flavorful. The crispy level was actually so good that the next day I took one out of the refrigerator and it was still crispy eating it cold. A little pricey for the area but you get that with the chain food. I’m looking forward to seeing more Korean fried chicken around town.

The fried chicken is one of a kind in the CU community! It is definitely the best Korean fried chicken in town. The layer is so crispy and the meat inside is juicy and tender. I specifically like the spicy original and soy garlic flavor. But it is a little bit greasy, as in the nature of fried chickens , so be prepared with some pickled radish to refresh.
