We actually enjoyed a lot with this location. Fried chicken is consistent with quality and taste. At the end of the meal, the worker also provides coin to catch snacks on the claw machine. Fun time for the kids!

I had a very disappointing experience at this location.
I placed a pickup order through Uber Eats and went to the restaurant to pick it up. When I arrived, I was told that my order had already been picked up by someone else. I waited at the restaurant for nearly an hour while they tried to figure it out, but ultimately I was told they could not take responsibility.
As a paying customer who showed up with confirmation and order details, this is unacceptable. If the food was handed to the wrong person, that means there was no proper verification process in place. Customers should not have to suffer because of internal mistakes.
No offer to remake the food. No solution. No accountability.

We loved this location. There was a huge dine in area but we noticed a lot of take out orders. We opted to dine in. The chicken was so good! Nice, crispy and full of flavor. The portions were a good size as well. We were given tokens for the claw machine since we dined in. Highly recommend

The skin is perfectly crispy without being greasy, and the chicken stays insanely juicy inside. You can actually hear the crunch when you bite into it!
My personal recommendation is the Honey Garlic wings — they strike the perfect balance between sweet, savory, and a little sticky in the best way. And if you like a kick, the Secret Sauce and Hot Spicy flavors are the perfect combo to wake your taste buds up.
Also, shoutout to the staff. Super friendly, fast service, and everything came out fresh. I didn’t feel rushed, and the restaurant was clean and cozy.

We love Korean style BBQ chicken and have had them at different places in the Plano and Carrollton before. We came to this place because it has higher satisfaction rating, just to try. The food though doesn’t taste as good as the other places. There seems to be a lack of coating on the Cheeselings. The Secret sauce is on par with others, however.

One of the finest Korean barbecue chicken places in Texas. The service is awesome as expected from a Korean restaurant. Food wise well it’s top notch both in quality and quantity. I had ordered Half and half whole chicken(golden original half and the other half secret sauce) and boy o boy, it was delicious and quantity wise huge. I was almost full after having 60% but the succulent taste kept me going, I was not gonna give up.

This is my third time having bb.q chicken and I am consistently impressed by the quality and taste. We have tried golden original, secret sauce, ganjang, honey garlic, and cheeselings. Our favorites are secret sauce and honey garlic. They use thigh meat for boneless. It was so juicy and tender.
I also like the buttons on the tables for order, call and pay requests, making the services easier and faster.
