Came in for the chicken wings. Wow. Absolutely fantastic and delicious wings. We also ordered the Kimchi Fried rice. Everything tasted fresh and the flavors were out of this world. Ordered the Golden Original, and let me put you on game. This has to be the best fried chicken in all of the valley. We got the secret sauce on the side and it was pretty sweet and tasted good. We also ordered the Gangnam wings, and they were EVEN better. Flavors really did hit. The breading for the wings were very flaky, airy, and not too heavy. Just perfect. Will definitely have to come back for them again!

I’ve been wanting to try bb.q Chicken for a while, but the nearest one to my house is 45 minutes away. So I was excited when I saw one was across the street from the hotel we were staying at. Hands down the best chicken wings I’ve ever had and they were HUGE! We definitely over ordered because we weren’t expecting the wings to be that massive and meaty. We tried 4 different flavors with Honey Garlic being the favorite and Spicy Original coming in second. The staff were friendly and my husband really appreciated that they had tv’s playing football. Now that I’m home, after trying their wings… I’ll gladly drive the 45 minutes to eat these again.

BB.Q Chicken is a small Korean chicken chain that offers Korean Fried Chicken (KFC) as well as common basic Korean dishes and sides. They do also serve both domestic and Asian beer, Makgoelli, Soju and wine for you to enjoy with your meal. Employees were nice, it does take a while for your order to come out after ordering, so order ahead if you plan on doing takeout and if dining in, be prepared to wait a bit. The have a small bar area if you plan on ordering takeout and waiting. We only ordered some KFC to take back to our timeshare to eat as there is not a whole lot of seating here and it was petty full at dinner time. We ordered a 16 piece wings with bone on (half Gangjeong and half soy garlic). The chicken tasted good overall, not the best we have had, but tasty and the size of the wings were a good size.

They are located in a shopping center next to Ralph’s Supermarket and is surrounded by golf courses as well as the J.W. Marriott Desert Springs and the Westin Desert Willows timeshare resorts, so if you are staying at one of the timeshares or golfing nearby, it’s a great place to grab a drink and some tasty Korean dishes.

If you have ever had Bonchons chicken this is as close to it as I have found. This is hands down the best Korean bbq wings I’ve had!

It’s in an unassuming location with some outside seating as well as indoor seating that is Clean very friendly and lots of flavor and food options and reasonably priced. I got 8 pieces (wings) two different flavors $13 a can of soda for $2 with tip and taxes total $20 and I took half home!

The chicken seemed very fresh! Good tasting chicken very good sauces, not over powering not smothered.

Best Korean style fried chicken I’ve had, and amongst the top of fried chicken in general.
I stumbled in here, desperate for sustenance after losing at pickleball. Had no idea what I was getting in to. The location itself is clean, patio offers great views.

…but the chicken, I had the Spicy Galbi 8 piece boneless. Normally I am not a fan of boneless, but this was glorious if you like heat and sweet.

Fair warning, its cooked to order and will take about 20min. Just enough time for two South Korean Terra beers. They have a European lager taste, very refreshing.

Happy hour from 3-5pm

Plus you can stop at Ralph’s afterwards, this is a no brainer. If you havent tried this place yet, its worth it 100 percent!

Amazing fried chicken and dumplings made fresh to order. Quality and portion is insane. My wife and I split 8 soy garlic boneless wings and fried dumplings. We ended up taking half of it home. Both were huge and delicately fried to perfection. The chicken is so good that we will try the original flavor next time since it might not even need the sauce (which was bomb anyway). We were hoping it would be at least as good as Bonchon and it was way better!

I’m so happy that there’s a Korean fried chicken spot in the desert. It’s in a good location, in a plaza with various businesses and a grocery store next door. There’s a large parking lot in front.

This was our first time here, I thought it was just takeout only but I was surprised that it had more of a sit down feel. We just ordered to go anyways. We ordered the half whole chicken (8 pc) Golden Original and the small boneless (8pc) Soy Garlic.

We waited inside for our food, wait time wasn’t long at all. It was about 15 to 20 minutes. I liked the ambiance indoors, there were many tables to choose from. And I loved how there was a US Open tennis match playing.

The chicken was pretty good. I really liked the Soy Garlic. It was saucy, but not too saucy. Texture was wonderful. The soy garlic sauce was a nice sweet and savory mix. And the Golden Original was good too. Texture was perfect, it had a nice crispy and crunchy outside. We also got the pickled radishes on the side, and it paired very nicely with the chicken. One thing I will say, is that I wish the Golden Original’s batter had a little bit more flavor. Although it had amazing texture, it tasted bland to me. I was left wanting a little more every bite.

We had a great experience and I’d definitely come back again to eat inside. Service was helpful and friendly.

The chicken is super crispy and delicious. The tteokbokki is great too. The kimchi fried rice is okay, but it’s a bit too oily — there’s too much grease pooling at the bottom, which is a downside.

if you haven’t tried them go now

Customer service-outstanding. Staff is always Friendly, attentive, and welcoming, made me feel really taken care of.
And the food? absolutely delicious. Dumplings are perfectly cooked. Crispy & crunchy on outside, with a flavorful filling. Just so satisfying.

Wings were good but spice level was not there. Ordered the Gangnam style which are meant to be a spice level 3 but were more like a one. Also ordered the beef bulgogi bowl and was very disappointed. Rice was mushy, quality of meat was bad. Wouldn’t order again. Service is bad too, the wait to get a drink is long. They need more organization
