We wanted to try another Korean chicken restaurant in Columbus. We decided to try this place out. We wanted to do a to go order, in order to place the order the restaurant requires you to give your credit card or whatever form of payment over the phone. We decided to order the original crispy wings and the soy boneless chicken. The person on the phone stated that the order will be ready in 15 minutes. We arrived at the location, we noticed that it’s limited parking so lucky we got a spot. The restaurant was pretty clean and the person at the counter was extremely nice. We got our food and it smelled so good. We couldn’t wait to eat it. We arrived home and we set up the table so we can watch the super bowl. The food was still hot. We tried the original wings first and it was amazing, we also tried the soy boneless and that was also amazing. The wings were fried perfect and the boneless sauce was great. The french fries were well cooked and they give you a lot and they put it in a hot bag. I highly recommend this location. The food was delicious and will definitely make this our spot.

I dont typically leave reviews for most places, but i have to for here. Ive been driving by this place for the past few years since they opened and just didnt ever go in until i finally did so today and MAN….im blown away. Food quality was so damn good. Big portions. Im a big coleslaw guy and its one of the best ive ever had. Chicken was juicy and delicious. Big portion of the sweet potato fries. Cant wait to go back…after i finish these leftovers of course!

Love the atmosphere and friendly service. The ambiance is a nice touch between casual and fun. I really enjoy the display of Korean culture on the tvs while you eat or wait.
The food is great! Good portions to fill you up but not make you feel too heavy. The light crispy chicken with wonderful flavor to choose from makes this a frequent lunch spot.

I’ve been a loyal customer at BBQ Chicken on Bethel Road and have ordered here many times for my family. Unfortunately, tonight’s experience was very disappointing. Our original spicy wings were undercooked (3 out of 8 pieces were pink inside), the fries were burnt, and the boneless honey garlic chicken I always order seemed old or overcooked, like it had just been refried.
What was most frustrating, though, was the response when I called. Instead of offering a simple guest recovery solution, I was told the only option was to bring the food back and wait for a remake—which isn’t realistic when you’ve already paid, picked up, and have kids at home. The conversation felt dismissive, as if I wasn’t being believed.
We’ve ordered here over a dozen times since July and usually enjoy the food, but this kind of service makes it hard to stay loyal. Mistakes happen, but the way they’re handled is what really matters.

Chicken is amazing. The fries were great – after thrown in the air fryer. How they were packaged left them a bit “moist”, but they were easy to bring back to life. Not seasoned at all either, but with salt at home – pretty good.

Woah. The breading on this chicken is amazing. The portion for a side of fries is huge. I was taken a little aback by the prices at first but after seeing the portion size and tasting the wings and fries I get it man. I got the “Hot Spicy” wings and side of fries. The wings had a slight sweetness but real spicy, Good balance to them. Fries tasted like they came right out the fryer! Perfect. Service was excellent. Will be back again!

I took my family here a couple days ago. I must say that it is really nice! The chicken was amazing! Fresh, hot, and oh so crispy! The waitress was very friendly and welcoming. The music was nice and the dining area was very clean. I highly recommend the Gangnam style wings as well as the Cheesling wings. You will not be disappointed!

We got here right when they opened and our waitress was so nice and explained everything to us. This was our first time being here. She let us taste the sauce first and since we couldn’t make up our minds we each picked two a piece and got the cheesy fries to split. Everything we got was so good. This will be our new spot for Korean chicken. I just wished they would put a more sauce with the fries. But I didn’t mind paying extra for it.
