Had a good experience there. Staff was friendly and it was fairly quiet in there when we went. Food came out quickly.
The flavor on the chicken was very good. Very crispy. The chicken and rice was also very good.
Prices were reasonable. I didn’t expect the chicken to be this big but still fresh and good.
I wanted a bit spicier but that’s personal preference. No big deal.

BB Chicken in Malden is amazing! The honey garlic chicken is soooo tasty—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. The chicken fried rice and bulgogi are our absolute favorites, always fresh and delicious. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the menu, which makes the experience even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone craving great Korean comfort food!

We have been here 3 times since last month we notice this restaurant opened. The first time were great, We ordered honey garlic chicken wings and rice cakes. I commented that I had the best chicken wings in my life because I did not expect that the Chicken wings were still super crispy with sauce on. Love the korean rice cake too. The second time we found the the same honey garlic chicken wing tasted a bit too strong spice favor, my rest of the family did not like it much as the option is to spicy for them( two kids). My husband will not come back since he did not like the food that time. My friend also shared with me that one time they bought from it one of the chicken wings were not fresh. Last week I went third time for take out and the honey garlic wings were in good favor again.
I would recommend that the management would take more food quality control and and if able to offer more less spicy options for anyone who cannot eat too spicy. Because it would be challenging to bring my friends and family if I am the only one who can take in spicy food. The first time the staff said the spicy are in standard but she could ask the chef to make it less spicy for kids while the second time the other staff said she could not ask the chef to do that because the spicy are in standard are cannot be changed.
All staffs there are friendly.

Everyone was friendly and the chicken was very good and super crispy. My main reference for Korean fried chicken is Bonchon, and they have way more flavors here. I got the secret sauce and regular galbi sauce – I thought the galbi was great, but the secret sauce wasn’t my favorite, which just means I’ll have to come back and try more of the sauces!

So exciting to see this open in Malden! Went for the grand opening and it was a great experience. Service was friendly and fast, food was good, and the ambience is really nice. Even better is that they have their liquor license and the menu looks incredible, can’t wait to try all the soju cocktails. Malden needed a place like this, and I hope it sticks around for a long time!

Tried this place for the first time last week and already came back for more! We sat at the bar the first time, they have a full bar and make a great drink! The honey garlic and the cheese chicken ones are so good. The chicken is fresh and crispy. Love it!
