The bb.q in our name stands for Best of the Best Quality, and that’s exactly what you can expect from every one of our restaurants. Our Korean fried chicken is crispier, juicier, and more tender than anything you’ve tasted before, and our sauces provide an eclectic mix of flavor. Every dish is the result of both longstanding Korean tradition and modern research and development from our very own Chicken University. It’s a tremendous amount of work, but it’s all worth it when you take that first bite.

Food is excellent. Chicken comes out juicy and tender with lots of flavors. I typically order the combo boneless chicken and it comes with fries and a soda. Fries are very yummy and crispy, not soggy!
Service is great! They will bring the food to your table. However, it does take a WHILE to get your food so if you’re in a hurry don’t expect to be in and out. It typically takes about 20-25 minutes to get your order. So pre-order if you can to save time.

I came from quite far to get some food, but when I arrived around 8:20 PM, the restaurant was already closed—even though their posted hours clearly say they close at 9 PM. The staff and employees were still there, but they said the kitchen was closed. If the hours have changed, they should really update them online to avoid inconvenience for customers. It was very disappointing after making the trip.

Staff verbally confirmed boneless wings are halal. Service was impeccable. We tried the honey garlic boneless chicken wings and they were super crunchy and delicious. The staff was thoughtful and brought us a knife to cut the chicken and extra napkins without having to ask. The chicken takes some time to make since it’s fresh. Very clean.

I’ve been going to this location several times. The quality of fried chicken wasn’t quite the same as other locations. I still enjoyed going just because it was the nearest from me. However, I was very disappointed today and will not be going back again. I ordered secret sauce chicken and sauce on the side on the phone, and when I went to pick it up. The staff there charged me extra for sauces. EACH SAUCE IS ALMOST TWO DOLLARS. It is in tiny little container (refer to image attached if you want to know how little it is). I ordered large size boneless chicken and in order to have enough sauces, you would need to order at least four which would be extra $8. The staff said they were told from manager to charge the sauces as extra if anyone wants it on the side. I just didn’t think it made any sense. If you get the flavored chicken as how it comes out, you don’t get charged.. but if you do ask the sauce to be on the side, you will be charged. I didn’t like how the manager’s mind is all about the money. I’ve never experienced this in any of the other locations and was surprised about the sudden change. This is FYI for other customers. Don’t get surprised if they charge you extra when you ask the sauce to be on the side.

Double U. O. double U. Second time and already want to go back, food always fresh crispy delicious. Place inside Lotte mart food court and really clean. Employees super nice. Got the value meal open sandwich club:

First time at this lotte mart and its food court, also first time eating from this establishment. I got the Gangjeong boneless and it was delicious- good portions of white and dark meat. 10/10 would eat again

We ordered a full chicken, a half with Original Spicy and the other half with secret sauce. When my son took the first bite, he immediately spit out and noticed that it was all black inside the chicken. It tasted really bad and it actually smelled like it went bad. Also noticed that the bone was very smooshy as if it were rotten.

Cool Korean BBQ Chicken spot, located within a Lotte Mart. In the Sterling plaza, in the same complex as an OTF studio (a gym I go to).
After work-out, I swung by the nearby Lotte Mart, ordered I think an 8-piece chicken for 20$ or so, and then proceeded to shop some produce and random stuff at the Lotte mart.
My takeout order was ready in about 15 minutes.
Food was good. I had it when I got home. Spicy, and sweet, and lot of calories, but at least it was good, fatty protein, and it hit the spot.
I would recommend, and I’ve also tried BBQ chicken in other locations (such as the Loudoun Station Ashburn one). All great.
