The bb.q in our name stands for Best of the Best Quality, and that’s exactly what you can expect from every one of our restaurants. Our Korean fried chicken is crispier, juicier, and more tender than anything you’ve tasted before, and our sauces provide an eclectic mix of flavor. Every dish is the result of both longstanding Korean tradition and modern research and development from our very own Chicken University. It’s a tremendous amount of work, but it’s all worth it when you take that first bite.

This is all about the chicken we sample several of the flavors Garlic Soy , Gangjeong wings,Galbi and honey garlic, they were all crunchy and had distinct taste and certainty one of the best in Westchester.
The chicken sandwich was also good and sweet potatoes fries were tasty too.
We appreciate the varieties and everyone was happy to taste all the flavors.

Had an amazing experience here! There was a guy who truly went above and beyond to serve us. He gave his best effort in every way — attentive, friendly, and full of positive energy. His attitude really stood out; he treated us like friends and made the whole dining experience feel personal and welcoming.
It’s rare to find someone so genuinely passionate about their work and so encouraging with customers. The service made the food and atmosphere even better. Definitely a place I’d recommend and will be coming back to!

We usually order at this restaurant using the self-service kiosk, which is very user-friendly and makes the ordering process quick and easy. The service staff is always welcoming, clearly informs us about the wait time, and remains kind and attentive throughout.
This place is one of our family favorites! We absolutely love the Gangnam Style Chicken. The Original and Spicy Galbi are our next top choices — all consistently delicious and flavorful.
The packaging deserves special mention. The takeaway boxes are designed brilliantly — they don’t feel hot on the outside, yet the food stays warm inside for about 30–35 minutes at room temperature. That thoughtful design really enhances the overall experience.
Highly recommend for both dine-in and takeout!

I’ve been here throughout the past few years, but this will be my review for as of now. The chicken is so good, very crispy and tender. Spicy galbi is the best. The customer service is amazing, shout out to you guys for being really helpful. And it doesn’t take too long for a take out order either.

Great option for Korean fried chicken (KFC).
Tried the “Half & Half whole chicken” (4/5) with golden original and hot spicy. The spiciness of the hot & spicy was just right for me. I like that it wasn’t dredged in sauce. The golden original was also good (no spiciness). Both were nice and crispy.
Also tried the kimchi fried rice (5/5) and the pickled radish (5/5).
Plenty of food for 2 people with plenty of leftovers.

The restaurant itself was lively. The music was awesome made want to stay longer the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back to this establishment. The rating on the stars is not a lie. Everything was amazing.if your thinking of going don’t think just go, especially if you like a bit of heat in your food. You will not regret it.

Really good chicken! Stays crispy even after few hours from take out. Really worth the wait. They should have a half half set of wings that could be both soy and honey combination. I had to order two mediums to try out both flavors.

This place was our go-to. Last visit tho was soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo disappointing! The server waited until the second order was ready until he brought our food–so one order of chicken was cold. Maybe new owners? Did not recognize anyone including the server or the chef. Only one other table had customers and it sounded like the crew was having a loud party in the back–so because we were neglected –not rushing back.

I’ve tried k-town location a few times before and it was always affordable and delicious so I tried Hartsdale location this time. And it was delicious! I ordered whole chicken half&half with secret sauce and it tasted same as the one that I had before in Korea. I love their special secret sauce. It is sweet and very slightly spicy(almost not at all but very slight). I am going to try more next time!
