The bb.q in our name stands for Best of the Best Quality, and that’s exactly what you can expect from every one of our restaurants. Our Korean fried chicken is crispier, juicier, and more tender than anything you’ve tasted before, and our sauces provide an eclectic mix of flavor. Every dish is the result of both longstanding Korean tradition and modern research and development from our very own Chicken University. It’s a tremendous amount of work, but it’s all worth it when you take that first bite.

I ordered takeout at their kiosk: 1-Golden Garlic whole chicken snd 1-Golden Original Boneless.
Took the food home and the Golden Garlic was overly seasoned with sugar added, which is not what the menu item described, therefore not what I ordered.
Please look go another location if you want bbq chicken. There needs to be a major improvement made here.

DINE IN SPACE REALLY SMALL. I RECOMMEND PLACING YOUR ORDER ON THE APP AND PICK UP. Owners and workers don’t speak English, but are very nice. Food is AWESOME. Everything was cooked perfectly. Everyone at my party really enjoyed it. I should have ordered more.

For some reason the original golden chicken did not taste as good nor as crispy as the one in Brea. The hot spicy chicken was overly sauced, in my opinion. We ordered the Mala Ddeok bokki ($13.99) with extra cheese ($2). The portion was a lot smaller too. They did not provide disposable gloves and they do not have a restroom. The store was tiny with four (4) tables with two (2) chairs each. They can be moved together for a bigger group. I do not recommend big groups because of the space. Service was fast and friendly.

I went in and got a simple 8pc wings and some fries and after I paid I was told I couldn’t get the combo then I asked for them to cancel my order I just placed and they refused. Then they made me wait over 30mins for my order while the old man was walking in the kitchen snacking on fries and picking his teeth in the kitchen in plain view. I will never go to another bb.q chicken ever again. Worst experience of all time. Stay far away.

I ordered golden and spicy chicken today and as soon as I saw the chicken, I was so disappointed. Spicy chicken were not covered any sauce, they just barely put sauce on them. I called store and asked why, they said, they did it that way and it is original receipt due to many customers complained of spiciness. I searched its main picture in Manu and saw they are fully covered. So they lied. If its not spicy, do not put it on as spicy chicken.

I come here to order two combos and I ended up paying for them. Not long after the lady there comes out telling me I cant get combos on Friday Saturday and Sunday but there’s no sign that says so. Not only that they still make me pay the difference to change it to an eight piece boneless while it was their mistake. They finally come out with our food and I get these little nuggets of boneless strips. Never again.(I preferred this on a Saturday)

We recently tried bb.q Chicken and it did not disappoint! We ordered the Honey Garlic Wings and Ddeok-Bokki, and both were absolutely delicious.
The wings were crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and coated in the perfect balance of sweet and garlicky goodness. As for the Ddeok-Bokki—wow! The chewy rice cakes were smothered in a rich, flavorful sauce that had just the right amount of spice.
Everything was fresh, tasty, and full of bold Korean flavor. Definitely coming back for more!

Bad chicken. Very dry inside, no juice at all and overcooked. Chicken is hard as a rock. I’m writing this while chewing this chicken and I just want to cry. The Chicken is NOT fresh at all. I called the store and there was no manager. Store would not refund money and only offer an apology for bad service. Worse yet, they acknowledge that the chicken was overcooked. What?!
Don’t waste your money and Don’t come here. There are 2 other BBQ chicken in Rowland Hts and Walnut. They are far better quality than Hacienda Heights store.

I understood that part. Second time, they are so soggy, not crispy at all, and today what I got is so awful. I think they have used cooking oil for a long time. The chicken is brown, not golden color. I can say KFC is much better than bbq hacienda Heights.

The taste is best among all three BBQ Chicken stores. But the portion is extremely tinny small. Only two third of the other store… Each wing or leg is also the smallest, like two fingers. The picture is a large size of honey wings.
