I placed an online order around 3:30 PM and I am extremely disappointed. When I opened my box of fried chicken, I was shocked to find that the pieces were severely undercooked. As you can see in the photos, the chicken is visibly raw and pink on the inside, something that is not only unacceptable but also a serious food safety issue.
This should never happen at any food establishment, let alone one that specializes in chicken. It’s incredibly frustrating and dangerous to receive food like this, especially when you’re paying for what’s supposed to be a fully cooked meal.
I expected way better, and I hope management takes this seriously before someone ends up getting sick.

Had a great experience at BBQ Chicken inside H Mart Quincy! I ordered the sandwich with fries and also tried the Secret Sauce wings and everything was amazing.
The sandwich was crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. The fries were fresh, hot, and perfectly seasoned. But the real highlight was the Secret Sauce wings — they were perfectly crispy on the outside, tender inside, and the sauce had the perfect balance of sweet and savory. Absolutely delicious! Definitely a must-try spot if you’re craving flavorful Korean-style fried chicken. I’ll definitely be coming back for those wings again!

My brother got takeout from here today and I have to say im already thinking about when I can get more! I always HATE fried chicken that is made outside my own home but this place just did the impossible for me. Mind you im eating this about 2 hours after it was ready. Even after sitting, the chicken was excellent! Tasted the original and honey garlic wings. Both full of flavor and spices! Juicy and fried to perfection! Cannot wait to try the other items!

We ordered 16pc wings honey garlic, and 8pc boneless secret sauce.
The honey garlic wings were so juicy and crispy. Perfect amount of sauce, it is on the sweeter side but the garlic flavor is there as well. Overall, the quality of the fried chicken wings were amazing.
The secret sauce boneless isn’t our favorite, but still good. We didn’t exprct it to be similar to a bbq flavor. I prefer the wings over boneless because the meat on wings are juicier and more tender.
Our cashier is amazing and gave us excellent service. The lines were long but she was smiling, greeted everyone, helpful and friendly. She was super attentive and gave us extra sides when we asked.
The food court is crowded and not the cleanest place, so I usually only do take out.

8pc wing basket cost $16 that’s 2 bucks a wing! Pretty pricey but that’s the name of the game nowadays.
Anywho as I place my order the girl taking my order was pretty rude but I didn’t really care. I was hungry.

I’ve ordered from here a few times now and they’re pretty consistent. The spicy galbi wings are delicious, definitely a top choice for me. It’s a shame that they don’t give extra sauce on the side (they do wet the wings very well) as I like them extra wet.

We came to check out the new food court at H-Mart. I’m imagining they’re still working out the kinks, because it was a bit of a wait to get our order. We tried the Soy Garlic and Spicy Original wings. If compared to a personal favorite, BonChon, it’s not quite the same level, but still very good and I would recommend it. The Spicy Original was very spicy! Some of our party liked it, others could not even finish one wing. We’ll come back to try more.

I placed 2 orders today 12/28/25 and was planning to eat at the food court with my husband and enjoy a nice time with good food, to my surprise when I went to back to the female cashier to ask for a chopstick and napkins she simply responded “We don’t have it”, I was taken back and chocked, so I asked again to make sure I misunderstood and she again replied “We don’t have it”. Very disappointed with the service and can’t believe a food establishment simply does not care to provide their customers utensils so they can enjoy their food. Though the fried chicken is good, service to me is everything and won’t be coming back.
