The bb.q in our name stands for Best of the Best Quality, and that’s exactly what you can expect from every one of our restaurants. Our Korean fried chicken is crispier, juicier, and more tender than anything you’ve tasted before, and our sauces provide an eclectic mix of flavor. Every dish is the result of both longstanding Korean tradition and modern research and development from our very own Chicken University. It’s a tremendous amount of work, but it’s all worth it when you take that first bite.

We ordered a gang jung boneless chicken large, an original spicy wings medium and a rose ddukbokki.
The Gang jung chicken came without any dduk or any green pepper. It just came with chicken and sauce. The outside crust was very very hard with darker than usual color. All my family member complained their mouth hurts after eating this. It also feels like they did not change the oil and used very old oil to fry the chicken. The color of original spicy chicken is very dark and almost close to brown color, usually it is a lot lighter than this.
The white moo was too dry.
The rose ddukbokki was ok.
Maybe our timing of order was bad as it was ordered in the dinner time of Sunday but still fried chickens were very disappointing..

I used to really like this place—the chicken was crispy, and they never held back on the cheesling. But after today? Never again. I bit into two wings and found two hairs cooked inside them. Not on top—inside. And judging by the coarse texture and curl, they definitely weren’t from a head. It was beyond disgusting. I ordered the spicy original and the soy garlic wings. The wings are fairly large (compared to Wingstop) so the 8 piece small is enough. Both flavors were really good with the spicy original being more like just a just a small kick than actually spicy.

We love this place. It’s a staple in our house. It is always delicious and warm. I will say they need to stop pushing the ranch packets and return to the cupped ranch for free. Much better.

I would spend your 40 dollars on another location, my chicken came out thin, dry, and reeked of old oil. I picked it up right when it was ready, and drove 10 minutes home, so it can’t be said that I waited long to take this photo. Some pieces were so small and thin they can’t be considered 1 of the 16, but they were. Huge disappointment from a chain I normally enjoy.

Straight 1 star across the board.
This place use to my my go to for Korean fried chicken, but after getting half way thru my meal only to find a piece that was deep fried with hair inside it, im completely done with this location and bbq chicken joints overall. One ruins it for all.

An incredible experience all around. The quality of this chicken is absolutely incredible. Crispy, delicious and juicy meat. Far superior to competing chicken and hot chicken places. We ordered a 16-piece boneless with the secret spicy sauce on the side. We originally purchased for to go and then asked if we could change it to dine in. The cashier quickly plated our to-go order and escorted us to a table and brought us water and prepared our sauces for the table. Absolutely exceptional customer service here. It does take quite a while for them to cook the chicken so plan for a little bit of a wait, but it’s absolutely worth it because it arrives to the table steaming hot. The original has a mild spice to it. That is absolute perfection. I strongly recommend this place. The atmosphere was really cool too.

Honest opinion, the chicken’s tasted is average. Quiet frankly, I was a little disappointed with the taste of the original chicken. But on the positive side, the fried was good.

Overall, the food is generally good, but the saltiness and flavor can be a bit inconsistent. Our family usually orders to-go, but this time we decided to dine in for dinner. The hall service was nice, though the cashier’s attitude felt a little unfriendly when we asked about our order status.
The side dish we received was quite a small portion and didn’t taste very fresh. When we asked about it, the cashier explained that they had run out of the regular portion and gave us a smaller one instead. After we mentioned it, they kindly offered to bring us more. However, one of the dishes had an unpleasant smell and taste, and it was taken away without any apology, which was disappointing.
Also, one of the items we have ordered and listed on our receipt never arrived at the table. Perhaps it was just a bad day for her, but her attitude didn’t feel very professional.
I hope the restaurant can improve consistency in food quality and provide more attentive and courteous service for dine-in customers. Still, we may come back or order again soon, since their original menu tastes better than most others.
