The bb.q in our name stands for Best of the Best Quality, and that’s exactly what you can expect from every one of our restaurants. Our Korean fried chicken is crispier, juicier, and more tender than anything you’ve tasted before, and our sauces provide an eclectic mix of flavor. Every dish is the result of both longstanding Korean tradition and modern research and development from our very own Chicken University. It’s a tremendous amount of work, but it’s all worth it when you take that first bite.

Uplifting atmosphere. Customer service is wonderful; if you have any questions, like you want to know about the portion sizes, anyone working there is able to answer that. The dining areas are usually clean if given the opportunity to wipe down any sauce that fell onto the tables. You get hit with a nice scent when you walk into the restaurant, and parking is relatively easy. There should be some spaces around the restaurant.
I wish there were more seating arrangements. Only about five (or six?) tables existed when I visited, and they were all taken. Chairs slid back and forth easily.
Bathrooms are available and easy to access. There’s is only one restroom per gendered stall, but both bathrooms have the same design anyhow.
Would 100% recommend if you want to get korean food.

Pretty good place to eat, food is good. It does usually take a bit long to come out. When it gets busy, there’s not much space to dine in and it does feel hectic at times. In terms of service, I’ve never really encountered any employees that exceeded my expectations, they’re fine. Overall it’s good for what it is being in Fresno, definitely doesn’t top Korean friend chicken places in LA.

I came in here on a Thursday afternoon, expecting the wait time to be long because of all the reviews. Before ordering, they let me know it was going to be a 30-minute wait. Despite this we ordered our food. To our surprise, the food came a lot sooner and I don’t think we waited 30 minutes at all. The food was delicious!! I’ve been to bb•q LA locations before, and this one definitely is better than the one I’ve been to in LA. The chicken was divine. The service was great. Amazing place. I highly recommend the honey garlic chicken Tteokbokki was good as well.

I recently tried some of the best fried chicken in Fresno, featuring new flavors like Garlic Crunch and Sweet & Salty Garlic. Both were incredibly tasty and crispy. My sister swears by this place so I decided to give it a try. It is FANTASTIC. Perfectly fried chicken, it is light, airy, moist, and full of flavor. The place itself is very clean and tidy. The staff is kind, curteous, & professional. The lunch combo is very very well worth it for all you get. I will definitely be returning to try all the flavors. I am completely confident that none of them will disappoint.

Second-time pick-up order, flavor was amazing! Secret sauce flavor is just what I wanted from Korean Yangnyum chicken flavor! Better taste than LA BBQ that I went to. First time when we order, we found long hair from inside of chicken. we already ate almost everything so didn’t complain about it. And this time I ordered extra pickled radish, too small portion, can’t believe that I got a countable 8~9 pieces small portion of radish after paying $2.39 ♀️ When I transferred the radishes of the three containers into one, it was finally 1 full pickled radish. I might not order extra next time, but still chicken flavor is amazing and no complaints.

Our menu selection included a couple of items, one of which was fried chicken that wasn’t cooked properly. On the other hand, the fried rice was satisfactory. The wait time was approximately an hour, which seemed rather long. We chose the spiciest option, but its flavor reminded me of microwaveable noodles. The staff displayed a friendly demeanor.
