The bb.q in our name stands for Best of the Best Quality, and that’s exactly what you can expect from every one of our restaurants. Our Korean fried chicken is crispier, juicier, and more tender than anything you’ve tasted before, and our sauces provide an eclectic mix of flavor. Every dish is the result of both longstanding Korean tradition and modern research and development from our very own Chicken University. It’s a tremendous amount of work, but it’s all worth it when you take that first bite.

From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. The young man who helped us was super friendly and attentive. The food came out freshly made, with an irresistible aroma and absolutely amazing flavor. The wings were perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and seasoned to perfection.
The coleslaw was unique and delicious—fresh with a dressing that complemented the meal perfectly.

I’ve had their chicken at the LA locations and love the food offerings.
I had the honey garlic 10 piece and also cheesling 10 piece. Both were delicious, I just wish they were a little less bready, but still a solid wing. Flavor was right and delicious enough to not eat a dip, but their ranch sauce was excellent too.
I’d definitely come back here again to try their other menu items.

I love that they have outdoor seating and open late. The kimchi pasta is so delicious!! The soy chicken is very moist and flavorful. Each bbq chicken is so different. This one has more items like pasta and rice dishes. I wish the one closer to my house is the same way.

The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside — just the way it should be. Even though it was takeout, it still tasted fresh and perfectly made. The packaging was neat, and everything held up really well on the way home.
The portion was generous, and the sauce wasn’t overpowering, so we enjoyed every bite without getting tired of the flavor.

Chicken is delicious. We have not eaten on site and usually order for pick up. Our biggest complaint is the time from their app and Door Dash are often inaccurate and even from the employees. We get texts and check the app stating our order is ready to find out we still have about 20+/- min. to wait when we arrive. This has happened 2 out 4 times so far.

This was thr first location I tried and I fell in love with the wings. I dont normally like wings because they’re normally tiny but not this location. I have tried others but I still come back to this location. They have the best chicken, size and full of flavor and absolutely beautiful service. Always make me feel welcome. Visited again in mid-June 2025 and sampled many dishes. Once again, I was reminded why this place is a favorite in OC. The chicken was absolutely delicious — tender and full of flavor. The cozy atmosphere and friendly service made it even more enjoyable. Definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to!

I usually don’t write reviews, but I had to for this time around.
The food was good. Wings were great. However, the ambience and the loud drunk people in the restaurant made it a horrible experience for my family. They were very loud and were being very rude and disrespectful. I was hoping the staff there could quiet the drunk crowds there where families have come to have a good time and enjoy good food. But the obnoxiously loud crowd got louder and louder. They were in their 40’s to 50’s too so it was embarassing how kids were better behaved than them. Please, do something about the drunk and obnoxiously loud crowd or at least tell them to quiet down. Thank you.

We ordered half and half chicken and found hair. I let the waitress know, and without asking, she took away what was left, which was more than half. The waiter told us that he would take half and half chicken off from our bill but came back to tell us that the owner was only allowing 50% off. I wish I had a chance to take a photo of what was left, but the waitress took away everything, even my plate. Haha.
All in all, there was hair in the food. We paid 50% of the order we didn’t even eat half of. Terrible service and the experience totally ruined our dining experience. Who runs a business like this? To make things worse, no apologies were made.
