Horrible Thanksgiving ! This restaurant was one of the worst places I have ever eaten at. When I arrived I was led to believe as if there was reservations that were missed or waiting. The Host/ greeter ask the manager for help he came over to make it seem as if there was a spot they can make for me. I was seated and then it got even worse. When the waiter finally came to me he took my order not with happiness or Joy or any enthusiasm about his job. I came from out of town as well as I drove almost 2 hours to eat there. The waiter took my order and began to bring me my food back. The french fries and the hush puppies were the highlight of my meal. I ordered the chicken and ribs my sides were mac and cheese and collard greens I also ordered Hush Puppies as well. I ate my fries they were okay. Then my mail came the hush puppies were good. The greens were okay. The mac and cheese was okay. The chicken and ribs was horrible I took one bite not even a bite nibble of each and it was gross.The chicken and ribs tasted old and cold. The barbecue sauce had an off taste to it. The ribs tasted like they came from a package box. The mac and cheese tasted okay but needed more seasonings. The greens were okay and needed a little more seasoning. Waiter did not care that I did not eat the food or that I was unhappy with the food he charged me for it and smiled and went about his day. I told the host she was okay as well as the manager was okay with me paying for food I did not eat that I said was horrible. I even wrote on my receipt how bad the food was and unhappy of customer I was. No one cared. The casino would do better with getting a different restaurant and it would probably get people to spend more there but due to the BB King restaurant I did not gamble really and I left very unhappy and not wanting to come back to Montgomery Alabama to visit.

My type of adult fun! we went around 7 pm and although it was crowded we still managed to be seated in the upstairs area which was cool.. great over head view near the bar. Our server was so sweet ! reminded me of a relative. The drinks were bomb , the food was amazing … hot and full and flavor… and to top it off the musical selection that was performing around that time did not disappoint!! 30 and up crowd … no nonsense. We will bavk whenever we are in town. be sure to set reservations for the weekend if planning ahead

Is this place under new management? I came a couple of years ago and had an amazing experience, it was a complete 360 from what we experienced today. Which made it even more upsetting considering we drove over an hour for a show, only to be treated so poorly that we decided to leave. First, we made reservations and still stood in line for almost an hour. Then, despite having reservations, we were seated at the bar. When my friend politely asked about other seating options, the guy rudely said, “Those are reserved.” Sir… we had reservations too. To make matters worse, people behind us were seated at tables and booths, the exact options that were available when we booked. The bartender appeared overwhelmed (which we completely understand), but he was also rude in his responses. My friend’s mac and cheese came out with shredded cheese on top that wasn’t even melted. We asked for tartar sauce… she never received it. I needed a refill on my sweet tea after our food arrived, and when my friend followed up, the bartender responded, “I haven’t forgot,” in a very dismissive tone. The food wasn’t what I remembered and wasn’t even hot. I was so upset by how we were being treated that I couldn’t even enjoy the show. When we asked for the check, we waited… and waited. I eventually asked the manager for it directly, and instead of assisting, he told the bartender to close us out, which is what we had already been trying to do. So we continued waiting. (And my friend still never got her tartar sauce.)
We understand that the staff may have been stretched thin, but a little kindness and basic hospitality go a long way. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive that. We literally stood in line longer than we were able to stay in the establishment.

The fish and grits are superb! The barbecue was good (could have been a little warmer) and all the sides we ordered were tasty. It was a little chilly to me inside the restaurant, but the service was excellent. They also found a spot for me to plug in my laptop so I could get a little work done. Would definitely go again!

When we arrived it was late in the 3 pm hour. However it is Saturday and tax time. There definitely should have been more servers on duty and more teamwork amongst the staff. My server was sat constantly and clearly overwhelmed. This went unnoticed and I heard complaints from other tables about the service and cold food. My server was very thorough and doing the best he could. The lack of teamwork and customer service really made my first experience awful. My food was good. The catfish on my sampler was good and the spinach dip was good. The fries pickles came out cold and definitely could have been better. They used old oil to fry the fries..

We enjoyed the music in a well decorated venue. Service was slow. Took a long time for our server to greet us and take our order. Food was delivered quickly and was okay. We did not see our server on the floor again and he did not check on us, even to see if we needed another drink.

I dined at B.B. King’s Blues Club at Wind Creek Casino and ordered the whole hot wings with fries. The wings were decent — they did not provide the kick of heat I was expecting , and the portion size was fair. Although they weren’t the best I’ve ever had, they weren’t the worst either. Just… okay. The fries were hot and crispy, but nothing special — pretty standard.
My friend ordered the fish and grits and said it had good flavor. She seemed pleased with her meal, so that was a plus.
The atmosphere is what really carries this place. The live music and blues-inspired decor give it a fun, laid-back vibe. Service was friendly, but things moved a bit slow even though it wasn’t overly busy.
All in all, it’s a decent stop if you’re already at the casino and want some wings with good music in the background. Just don’t go in expecting anything too over the top food-wise.

The food and atmosphere were fabulous! The service on the other hand was left to be desired. My waitress was obviously upset about SOMETHING because it reflected in her work. The other servers were nice and friendly, but mine…… just the luck of the draw I guess. I’m a huge tipper, but she only got some advice on the bill from me: Maybe you should consider another profession where you dont have to work with people?!
