We arrived here for lunch as a party of 6 without reservations. The service was excellent. She shared the available menu items and customized where she could. We nearly had the restaurant to ourselves and never felt rushed. The food was well prepared Haitian food. The restaurant felt like the comforts of your mothers kitchen. Serving sizes were plentiful for the rice, legume (stewed mixed vegetables), black bean soup, plantain, and rice and beans.

We have Haitian friends so we definitely know what good Caribbean food tastes like. They did a wonderful job, we were very pleased by the taste and presentation. The front server/cashier was very kind. Greats experience over all! We will definitely come back again!!!

Food was spectacular!!! Had delivery… groit (pork), kabrit (goat) dinners. Rice and pikliz legit! Just like or better than I remember going to my Haitian friends families growing up in South Florida. Highly recommend!

Last nights 11/21 2023 was my first time trying this restaurant the food was pretty good. I ordered fried turkey I realize she gave me fried chicken I even ask is this chicken or turkey she said turkey the food was good I just feel that with your American customers don’t try to get over on them because they don’t speak your language. I order Haitian food so much I know that was chicken but the lady behind the counter kept saying no no it’s turkey and it was definitely chicken $17 for a plate of what I did not order.

Griot & Fried plantains- never received it. Another in a long line of Caribbean/Haitian restaurants that have popped up in Palm Bay where getting service is close to impossible. Every single table was empty. I never saw an employee. After 12 minutes I knocked on a dirty door where I heard chopping going on behind it. A voice screamed we will be out when we are ready. Okay figured best for me to leave.

I ordered two meals here and they were very friendly. For the legume, I was given two huge bones with no meat so I didn’t really get to try that. I’m used to legume being green and leafy but this one was more white. For the griot, I got like 5 pieces of meat, bones and fat for $13 but they do offer larger sizes.

Highly recommended, especially for catering. Exceptional service from everyone and the food is amazing! We did catering for an event and the people really enjoyed the food and went for seconds. Do your occasional ordering or cater, you won’t regret it!

My second visit there, food was good, it’s better than the other place in town. The place is clean with plenty of seats. They have to work on better staffing on Friday nights as ppl start knowing they are here and we do need a good Haitian restaurant in town. If you love island food, stop and try them out

Last night I ordered 4 plates of Griot and black rice ; costed about $112 + 18% tips really enjoy eating in that restaurant, I met the owner several times “ awesome guy .” The food was decent, however 3 of the plates of the griots were mostly bones. As a frequent customer, I found necessary to inform the restaurant the incident ( most likely a complaint) because I met the owner several times awesome businessman. I called the restaurant and spoke to a lady whom by the way had terrible customer service skills, instead of resolving the issue what most decent restaurant would have done. Instantly, she started accusing me and referred me as “ Typical Haitian customers, always blaming us ( restaurant) of not giving you enough meat, bones or only putting skin and fats meat on their plates.” Typically, she was sick tired of customers complaining. At that point I advised her my service with restaurant has ended and I will be going somewhere else. She responded sarcastically “ Please go other Haitian restaurants where they will serve you griot without bones.”

So, let me just start with this food is absolutely AMAZING! Do not be hesitant when first walking in. This is clearly a home grown, small business restaurant. Please trust that the food speaks for itself, promise you! We did a blind try. My fiancé had the fried pork (recommended fried a specific way by the server how he himself prefers), black rice & plantain’s. I had the curry chicken, black rice & plantain’s . We both killed our dishes. SO, damn good. Also, big ups to the gentleman serving us. He was extremely personable , attentive & homey. We will be back again & I seriously hope this small business continues to thrive . Best “Caribbean” food in the area ❤️. Thank you SO much !
