Truly amazing experience the owner and other staff were so kind to us during our dinner tonight. The oxtails were so tender and seasoned to perfection. The curry goat and coconut rice were amazing as well. I guess I found a new Trini spot for some amazing food. My mom can’t stop raving about the delicious housemade carrot cake so good . I meant to take a picture of my food, but I completely forgot because I was so greedy eating. I’ll be seeing you guys again soon. Definitely check them out, you will not be sorry.

Unreal oxtail, rice and beans, and doubles!!! The juiciest, most-tender oxtail that falls off the bone, and the doubles are spicy, zesty, and sweet, cannot get enough! This much-loved Trinidadian spot just opened this new location in White Plains. They started as a food truck in Westchester that grew such a following, they opened a cafe in Bedford, and now opened this larger location with lots of booth seating and their signature dishes. We’ll miss them in Bedford but know they’ll do great in White Plains. Can’t wait to come back already.
5 stars!!!!

OK. 2/19 I saw this restaurant on Google and it got good reviews, of course I had to try it out. Firstly I have to address this, because I did with the older lady that was there, and she was super friendly. The younger female, absolutely no smile, not friendly. Her attitude was very dismissive, Had it not been for the lady i would have left without ordering. Service is just as important as the food you serve. The food is not free, and i refuse to accept bad attitude when paying for anything.
With that being said. We had the oxtail w/rice n peas which was very good and the jerk chicken w/rice n peas, a bit spicy for me but nevertheless still good. Overall I may or may not go back. This was my experience, your’s will be different.

The flavors are good. So tasty. So fresh. I pray this business thrives in White Plains. I had doubles and the bake and shark. The fish and coleslaw were perfectly done. Seasonings and spices were authentically Trini.

Amazing food! We ordered for our office party and everything was delicious —oxtail was fall off the bone and so flavorful, jerk chicken was delicious, doubles were amazing. Everything we ordered was great. The staff and chef here are very accommodating and friendly. We had special food restrictions (vegan, vegetarian, etc) for our group and they were able to provide delicious options for everyone. Thank you!!!

Some of the best food coming out of White Plains. The Chicken was flavorful, tender, and spiced perfectly. Not to mention amazing value for all this food. This place won’t remain a hidden gem for long. Adding this to my lunch rotation for sure.
