We had an incredible night feasting on Bazemore Pizza located inside the Pointe Tavern. The dive bar setting is the perfect starting point to get drinks and relax while the pizza artists curate your meal.
There were four of us so we ordered two pizzas, two orders of wings and some meatballs. The chef brought out our pizzas timely and couldn’t have been a nicer dude, making sure we had everything we needed. The pizza was incredible, the wings were perfection and the meatballs were juicy (and better than any meatballs I tried on my journey through Columbus’ “best meatballs” list). There were ZERO leftovers.
Incredibly, afterwards we were able to move our stuffed bellies over to the basketball arcade game and end our evening with some friendly competition.
This place is perfect for a fun, low key date night!

Came here influenced by TikTok. Totally worth it, pizza was phenomenal, the way that one of the biz owners approached us to get to know us it was fantastic, really great job!!! He even mentioned that pesto is nuts free so no cross contamination

This was the worst pizza I can remember having in Columbus.
I’m not sure, but the dough mar not have risen. It was chewed like if you microwaved a slice and let it sit.
The cheese tastes like it has American in the blend. It’s awful.
It obviously came out of a conveyor belt oven.
I was looking forward to trying this for a year but rarely get to that part of town. They get Great reviews for their “NY” style pizza. This isn’t a “NY” style pie. It’s a pie cut bad Columbus style pizza.
Maybe the dough was off bit the cheese sucks.
I gave my neighbor two slices to hear what they thought. They agreed that it was bad.
This place is a bar and it was busy on Friday night.
There is much better pizza close by.

Saw this spot in a Facebook post and gave them a try. The meatball pizza stood out a bit with all ingredients tasting very fresh and the meatball slices being as tender as meatloaf. Also picked up two classic pies (one pep, one cheese) that were solid. Good service, mom and pop atmosphere, worth a try.

Delicious pizza. We got the create your own and added the Ezzo pep, sausage and olive giardinera. The crust was perfectly charred with smooth dough in the crust. The crushed tomato sauce they make is delicious with a hint of sun dried tomato. The owners both came out to talk with us and were so friendly! Definitely make this a regular stop. We also got a meatball and a margarita pizza to go.

Decided today was a pizza day. Headed down to Bazemore Pizza Co. They’re located inside of the Pointe Tavern. I ordered a Ezzo’s Pepperoni and Mushrooms pizza. Went down a back hallway where the kitchen is and met with the owners, Billy Bazemore and Todd Crow. Watched as they created my pizza. They only make dough for about 80 pizzas so they provide only the freshest ingredients for your pizza. They use a nice tomato sauce with SURPRISE actual tomatoes in it. So tasty. The cheese was perfectly balanced on the pizza, not just making a solid layer across it but a nice tomato cheese layering. The pepperoni and mushrooms were placed perfectly over the pie. Decided I had to have a slice before I left. OMG!!! The flavor of the ingredients were so fresh. The passion of these two guys surely shines through in their product. They also have wings that have a phenomenal taste to them, dip them in some ranch dressing and you will be amazed on how great they are. So if you want to taste the best pizza out there, come check Billy/Todd out. They’re the real deal!!!

Might be some of the best pizza in Columbus!! Todd and Billy aren’t messing around with this pizza! Their dry rub on their wings are on another level, and the meatball pizza with sauce dolloped on top was such a unique and delicious addition to their pizza! Everyone NEEDS to run and try this pizza!!

I ordered a deluxe pizza and asked the bartender if I could sub the banana peppers for mushrooms little did we know he charged us for a custom and charged us 3.50 per topping i saw the bill and he said afterwards no substitutions.. there’s no place on the menu that says that! 32$ for this awful pizza. It has zero flavor and the young bartenders are rude. They’re deceiving! They only took off our 2 drinks. We will never give them business again.

This place is located in The Pointe Tavern. It’s all good! I’ve tried several items on the menu, and I think my two favorites are the standard cheese and the meatball & pepperoni pizza. (I can’t decide which one is better) All off the sandwiches are great. I’ve had them all. And the toasted raviolis are a must try. The dank dust was my favorite of the wings. The service was excellent and fast. Todd and Bill know what they are doing in the kitchen.

The crust is delightful and truly one of a kind. Think chewy meets crunchy. If a New York-style pizza and a world-reknown Pepe’s Pizza had a yummy, little hybrid pizza-baby, this is what it would taste like.
The toppings are high quality. The cheese is quite good, and even better is the ricotta cheese on the meatball pizza. It’s smooth, creamy like butter, and slightly sweet.
Speaking of this meatball pizza, the pesto and hint of garlic are excellent complements to the meatball, cheese, ricotta, and tomatoes.
Had the deluxe pizza, and while it couldn’t quite hold a candle to the meatball pizza from heaven, it was solid in its own right.
Tried the Buffalo wings and dry-rub wings too. Really like the fresh garlic in the Buffalo wings (wow, fresh garlic), but especially love the dry-rub wings. Put the dry-rub wings on your must-try list because they’re to-die-for.
