The service was fantastic. Our waiter was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to thoroughly explain the menu, and offered excellent recommendations that made the meal even better. The tableside service throughout the meal was a true highlight and made the experience feel interactive and special. They also treated us extremely well when they learned we were celebrating our anniversary, which made the night even more memorable.
The classic beef tartare was outstanding and prepared tableside, which made it even more impressive. It was perfectly seasoned, and the bread it came with was unbelievably soft and the perfect pairing. The Caesar salad, also prepared tableside, was delicious — the ham croutons were a standout and added incredible flavor and texture.
The smoked oysters had such a unique flavor and were beautifully presented. The ham melted in your mouth and was absolutely worth trying. And the wagyu was the highlight of the meal — incredibly rich, tender, and it truly melted in your mouth.
We finished with a dessert prepared tableside that was boozy, salty, sweet, and creamy all at once — the perfect way to end the meal.
I’ve eaten at a lot of great restaurants, and this was by far the best overall dining experience I’ve ever had. Between the atmosphere, the exceptional service, the tableside preparations, and the incredible food, Bazaar Meat completely exceeded expectations. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an unforgettable meal in Las Vegas.
Ambience is casual but can also be dressy, choose your own adventure! We went dressed down and it was perfectly fine. But their bar area is really nice so dressing up would fit right in too!
The entire team was amazing! We set in front of the chefs counter and I’ve never seen a group of chefs that seem like they truly enjoy their jobs, they were having so much fun! And the wait team was superb, our waters were always filled and plates quickly cleared, so attentive. We had the pleasure of Abu who was just so welcoming and friendly and really elevated our experience.
If you like fine dining or just want a taste of Spain, then this a must-go when you’re in Vegas!
Jose Andres is a genius when it comes to his restaurants and it’s no different when it comes to Bazaar Meat. As far as the steakhouse side of things go, the steak is out of this world and perfectly prepared. It’s hard to find a single fault except for maybe price? Oh well, its that good.
Then theres the tapas side of things. Out. Of. This. World. This is Spanish food modernized and taken to the next level. Having eaten at several of Albert Adria’s restaurants this is just as good if not better.
I highly recommend the Caesar salad and the buffalo bison. Both amazing. And if you’ve never had liquid olives before, they are a must.
Not only is Bazaar Meat one of the 2 best steakhouses in Las Vegas, along with CUT, but it’s hands down 1 of the best overall restaurants in Las Vegas. 100% worth the splurge.
Bazaar Meat absolutely blew me away. I’d heard great things going in, but the experience exceeded every expectation and instantly became one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Las Vegas.
From the moment we sat down, our servers Ophelia and Matt were exceptional — incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the food and experience. They elevated every course with thoughtful explanations and perfect timing without ever feeling intrusive or rushed.
The real standout, though, was the general manager Eduardo. He is on another level when it comes to hospitality. His attention to detail, warmth, and ability to make the experience feel both personal and unforgettable truly sets them apart in my opinion. You can feel the leadership in every aspect of the restaurant — from the service to the flow of the meal to the overall energy of the room.
Every dish was bold, creative, and absolutely delicious. Bazaar Meat isn’t just a meal — it’s an experience. Every table that was within earshot were talking about their food. Smiles and laughter all over the restaurant. Was actually refreshing to see.
If you’re on the fence, don’t be. This is a must-visit restaurant in Las Vegas and one I’ll be recommending to everyone I know. Do yourself a favor, and go enjoy the experience!
I started with a salt air margarita where the salt is introduced in to the drink. It was refreshing, pretty with a nice head foam and bursting with a new twist of a margarita flavor 10/10. I followed up with a foggy hill spritz where the drink is literally smoked before you when served 10/10. For food, I had the smoked apple raw oysters; the dense infusion of applewood smoke in ice cold plump oysters with apple mignonette was such a great starter 10/10, I also tried the famous Jose taco which Iberico with caviar served on crisp nori; this one biter introduces a fusion saltiness from the sea and the land; an instant hit 10/10 ( I should have ordered 2 more), and lastly I had the A5 Wagyu Philly cheesesteak; an interesting presentation where roast Wagyu beef slices are layered on a mini baguette looking bread. While it looks predictable, when you bite into it, the bread is actually an airbread which is hollow and is filled with hot melted cheese: what an interesting technique where you get warm cheese on your tongue and roast A5 flavours on your top palate, then mix of flavours happen in your mouth wow! 10/10.
For entree, I did a sliced tenderloin complimented with foie gras and served with a périgordine sauce. A brown sauce made with truffles and reduced together with foie gras. The dish was sinfully delicious 10/10.
Must visit – be amazed!
The new location at the Venetian is beautiful. I like the open kitchen design, with the amazing dry aged meats on display. The design of the dining room is tasteful as is the bar area. There is also outdoor seating, bit I noticed nobody chose to sit outside.
I really appreciate the larger space as it made it somewhat easier to get a reservation.
The tasting menu was somehow the perfect amount of food for everyone. And they pay a lot of attention to the presentation and explanation of the food. They also instruct you on how to consume certain dishes as at times its not obvious.
I highly recommend this place if you want a different steakhouse experience.
My husband brought me here for my birthday, and from the moment we arrived—welcomed with champagne and a tour of the restaurant—it was clear this was not just dinner, but an experience. Each space has a completely different vibe, from the White Room to the bar with incredible lighting design.
The food was phenomenal. Every bite melted on my palate. The Jamón experience, carved tableside from the full leg, was amazing, the caviar cone was delicious, and the Ferran Adrià modern olives were mind-blowing—tiny bubble that melts in your mouth but taste exactly like an olive.
A must-visit in Vegas for food, service, and design. ✨
The Good: Great service, cannot fault our waiters and servers (and there were lots of them). They sold and explained the dishes very well and made us feel welcome. The restairant itself is beautiful and has a great atmosphere with seating both inside and out. Their are tables and booths (we had a booth) and were very comfortable throughout.
The Bad: We came here for the food and unfortunately this was were we let down. We opted for the tasting menu as we wanted to get to experience this highly recommended restaurant to the full. Nothing really stood out as wow – nothing inedible or anything just not great. Even simple dishes like Brussels Spouts were very basic. The Butter Butter Potatoes were nice, the steak was not a patch on the steak we had two nights earlier (in Dom’s Prime in Fontainebleau).
We really do not know where the hype has come from for this restaurant. I don’t know how much input Jose Andres has any more in the restaurant or whether the new kitchen needs more time to find its feet but I can’t see us coming back to give this place another try.
