Bazaar Mar by José Andrés brings real creativity and energy to Spanish seafood, and when it hits, it really hits. The room is lively, the menu is ambitious, and the kitchen clearly wants to impress. Some dishes delivered, while others felt more like clever ideas than great food.

The downside is consistency and price. It’s very expensive for what you get, and a few signature items didn’t land for me, including José’s Taco at $25 per taco, which was very meh and completely overrun by the seaweed. Not bad food overall, just uneven enough that the value equation starts to wobble. Service, to their credit, was excellent.

Being tucked into the Shops at Crystals next to Aria took a little magic out of the experience, even if it’s a very nice mall. I might stop back for a drink and a light bite, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for a full meal. Final rating is 4/5, really closer to a 4.3–4.5, rounded down for price and inconsistency. Best for grazing in style while your $10,000 purse shops next door.

Amazing flavors and presentation for unique dining experience. Love that it was also casual enviroment for Jose Andres restaurant. Our server/bartender Daniel was knowledgeable on drinks and ingredients of dishes. We absolutely loved the bluefina with quail egg, the whole grilled fish and sofrito mix with crab cheese. Definitely recommend! 10/10

Bazaar Mar by José Andrés delivered an unforgettable dining experience. From the moment we arrived, the ambiance felt vibrant yet refined, and every dish showcased incredible creativity, flavor, and presentation. You can really feel the attention to detail and passion that goes into the menu; each course was a conversation piece and absolutely delicious.

Huge shout out to Krista, who truly made the evening exceptional. She took the time to understand our table’s allergies and ensured everything was handled with care, without ever making it feel complicated or inconvenient. On top of that, she helped tailor a completely unique menu for our friend who is vegan, and every dish they received was thoughtful, satisfying, and beautifully prepared. Her warmth, knowledge, and attentiveness elevated the entire experience.

Between the phenomenal food, impeccable service, and lively atmosphere, Bazaar Mar is easily one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in Las Vegas. We left already talking about our next visit. Highly, highly recommend!

Such an awesome dining experience at Bazaar Mar! Everything was amazing and unique and unlike anything I had before.

My personal favorite dishes were the bluefin tuna and fried egg as well as the Neptune’s pillow. Both dishes had a fresh and seafood taste which I both highly recommend.

Our waiter, John, also made the dinner experience! His recommendations helped us plan out our selections thanks to his outstanding service!

A huge disappointment.

I went to Bazaar Mar with very high expectations: it’s run by a well-known, highly acclaimed chef, and the prices are firmly in the fine-dining stratosphere. We opted for the tasting menu, hoping for something memorable.

Unfortunately, it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had at this price level. The food was shockingly poor: low-quality ingredients, sloppy execution, and dishes that felt completely out of touch with the exorbitant amount we were paying. Several courses were borderline inedible, and nothing justified even a fraction of the cost.

The wine list was outright obscene, markups of 8–10x on almost every bottle, which feels like pure greed when the food is already this disappointing.

Service was friendly and polite, but painfully slow: long, awkward gaps between courses that killed any sense of rhythm or excitement.

For the money they charge, this was nothing short of a rip-off. I left feeling frustrated and genuinely let down. I cannot recommend it to anyone. There are far better ways to spend this kind of money on food.

I am visiting Vegas with my sisters as a girls trip and we’re looking to gain some amazing dining experiences in Vegas. My sisters and I were blown away by the ambience atmosphere and hospitality from everyone from front reception ( who helped take pics for my sisters and I before our dining experience) all the way to the waiters, waitresses and chefs. First class service, and top it they offered Halal options.: in Vegas! For such a stellar dining service and food experience, this gem of a restaurant is a must! Krista our server was amazing and very helpful and attentive. Def will be passing on word about this place! Thank you so much for the experience

I’m a little lost for words with this version of Bazaar. Unlike Bazaar Meats, I didn’t walk away feeling satisfied (overall)—especially after a nearly $600 bill for two. The open-concept layout inside the mall threw me off, and like others have mentioned, it felt a bit cafeteria-ish rather than offering a personalized, elevated dining experience.

The drinks were good and most of the food was solid, but the chicken and salmon were underwhelming compared to the other items on the tasting menu. I personally wouldn’t return, but I’d still encourage others to try it and form their own opinion.

$600 to be served a half chicken as the final savory dish at a seafood place? It makes no sense and was a huge disappointment. We did the Bazaar Mar experience tasting menu. For the first 9 courses, we were served delicious, interesting, reasonably sized dishes. We loved the oyster, Jose taco, po boy, monkfish, and shrimp street food course. All were delicious and interesting. A few others were solid but the last set of food which were the salmon, carrots and half chicken was just excessive and not all that delicious but the real problem was just the chicken course. It was way too much food, didn’t make any sense in the progression and just wasn’t even good. We didn’t even try to finish it and regretted eating any of it. We didn’t understand a seafood restaurant tasting menu that ends in basic chicken. And especially with how much food it was. It’s unfortunate because we wanted to support Jose Andrés. He’s a truly good person making a tangible difference in the world. I feel guilty giving his restaurant a bad review but the chicken just ruined the entire meal. We obviously saw on the menu the last dish was chicken but we thought it would be interesting and a reasonable portion but were still confused. We didn’t mind the location and actually liked having enough lighting to be able to see and the service was impeccable but we regret wasting a meal in Vegas by ordering that particular tasting. We wish we would have known what dishes we liked to order a la carte. If you go and want to support Chef Andrés, I suggest a different tasting menu or ordering a la carte or just know the big finale for a seafood restaurant will be chicken.

We visited the fabulous Bazaar Mar in Las Vegas last night.

We tried the signature Gin cocktail with some Iberia ham on arrival as we browsed the menu and wine list. The G&T was refreshing and light and the Iberia ham was brilliant. Great texture and flavour.

We had an amazing meal, opting for the Bazaar Mar Delight tasting menu. We love Spanish food and have eaten sown great Spanish restaurants, and Mar was up there with the very best of them.

We loved every course and the tuna with fried egg and the paella (like a Fideu with alioli and spider crab) were particularly good, plus the anchovies on cristal bread. The skirt steak was delicious. The whole experience was perfect and all of the food was top notch. We had a lovely bottle of US Chardonnay from ZD wines which I can recommend.

Thanks again to John our server who was the perfect balance of knowledge and assistance but also a true professional and we loved hearing about the islands of Hawaii and discussing Californian wines.

Overall a 10/10. Highly recommended.
