We found a fun one! Bayt Al-Yemen was to be a stop on the way home and turned into an absolute delight. Go through the grocery entrance and turn right to get to the restaurant. The Fattoush salad was so delicious, as was the spiced milk tea. Perhaps the most delightful was the gentleman who worked there. So sweet! Some of the vegetables weren’t ready at lunch time, so I might recommend going for dinner. But get the salad! Yum!

4 stars only because the service at the restaurant is almost nonexistent. This place is a grocery store first and a restaurant second. There are just 2 tables and a few chairs and food will be served in take out boxes. I wouldn’t suggest you dine in here. Place carry out your food.
Having said that, the food tastes delicious. I had the mutabbaq and lamb zurbian. The food is priced a little high I feel, however there is no competing Yemeni food place nearby so I think the pricing will work out.

This is the first restaurant that I’ve tried since I moved to this city, it reminds me of the Yemeni food and taste back home.
I’ve tried “chicken Haneeth”, and I love the portions “generous amount of rice”, well spiced and minced chicken.
Don’t forget to ask for the sauce “دقوس” with rice, it takes the dish to another level.

I loved this place, it’s still not in full operation I guess, but definitely worth the try.

Glad to have found this hidden gem in Noblesville!! The food was DELICIOUS
We got the Mandi Lamb, Beef Mutabbaq, Mandi Chicken and Chicken Shawarma. Everything had great flavor, especially the lamb. The meat came right off the bone and was delicious with the saffron rice. Great portions for the price, and we were served soup on the side. Highly recommend for an authentic Yemeni feast!

First time here and I will definitely return! Nice little ma and pop place, friendly people, and the food is amazing! Very authentic Yemeni food! I’ve had Yemeni food before and finally glad that there is a Yemeni restaurant here in Hamilton County.

My beautiful wife and I were in Indianapolis today, and came across this wonderful restaurant. Haven’t had or even heard of Yemen food before. It was really delicious.
First off, we thought we couldn’t find it, but you have to go into the grocery store, to enter the restaurant. Easy enough.
I asked a couple of questions about some items on the menu, and the guy taking our order, answered the questions and helped us order. The food was so good! You get pretty big portions and it is so good that it’s hard to make yourself stop eating.
After eating, chatted with the guy for a few minutes. He ended up taking us outside and pointing out where to go to get Yemen coffee. We haven’t made it there yet, but he made it sound really good too.
We will come back, when we are we are nearby.

The food was absolutely outstanding—the best I’ve had in a long time. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and flavorful, with the comfort of a home-cooked meal. The lamb was tender and perfectly prepared, while the chicken was so soft it fell right off the bone. The chicken muttabaq was another highlight, bursting with flavor. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for delicious, authentic, and satisfying food.

Have ordered the chicken shawarma and it was delicious decided to try the lamb haneeth and egg lahsa. Only got a picture of the haneeth everything was delicious. It is inside the Al Madina Grocery store in Noblesville so can be missed but wanted to do a review and make sure more people are aware and see it!
