The place may offer great views but the building isn’t designed in a way to highlight the views while dining, with the exception of sitting on the deck. So, that may need to be a request if that’s important to you. This is a good restaurant! The servers were attentive and took good care of their patrons. The food was good. Hamburgers were delish and the fries were cut from potatoes and cooked perfectly with a crispy outside. The mushroom pasta lacked flavor and was a smaller portion but enough. Adding salt and pepper added enough flavor to make it a good basic pasta- nothing special though. As a vegetarian, that was a bit disappointing. The beet salad made up for any disappointment It was fantastic. We shared it between 5 and we all would order it again. The fillet was good and cooked exactly as requested. The brussel sprouts were cooked great- soft on the inside crispy on the outside.

Absolutely wonderful dinner.. so glad we chose to have our last meal in Crystal River @ Bayside Kraft Kitchen. Lindsey was great very friendly welcoming and hospitable. The Crab Corn Chowder was perfect temperature. I chose the Hokkaido Scallops absolutely delicious, the polenta was fabulous. So much food.. we left we room for dessert. Definitely a recommend

Fantastic place for a sunset dinner. The food, service and atmosphere were excellent. My wife and I had the salmon and grouper. Both seared perfectly.
I read some of the other reviews stating that this place is somewhat pricey. Although I somewhat agree with this assessment, you are getting high quality dinner for the price where you can actually taste the fish as it is supposed to compared to other places where they deep fry everything and you don’t know what you are eating.
In short, if you want fine dinning, good service and memorable experience then I highly recommend the Bayside Kraft Kitchen. If you want a run of the mill meal, then this place is not for you.

The food here is insanely good! Love the beet salad, corn chowder, shrimp appetizer, and jalapeño cornbread.
They have the best happy hour. Huge portions for the price. Have always had great service, too! Definitely give them a try.

Their menu is very farm-to-table, with everything from surf to turf to salads – Interior is beautiful, bright, modern but still comfortable. Service is excellent, full bar – no complaints! Happy hour large portion appetizers. Yes. It is amazing how much is served at happy hour. Servers are very nice to speak with and will take the time to explain the menu. The big windows give you a relaxing view of the water. Or you can sit outside. The inside has a bar area and great comfortable seating with a fantastic view.

The smash burger was the best burger I’ve ever had as well as the fries. The Cesar salad was great. The manager was nice and welcoming. Alexis was our server at the bar and she was great and always attentive to us as well as everyone else. I will definitely be coming back here.

Our meals and the service at Bayside Kraft Kitchen were exceptional!!! 2 days, Chilean Sea Bass, Lobster tails, crab cakes and pork chop, burrata beet salad and the sides….Might be the best meals we have had out in the past year…so good we went back the second day while we were in town! Our servers Shannon(1st day) and Keith(2nd day) were so friendly and their mission was obviously to ensure we had everything we wanted and that our dining experience was 5 star!! The manager, Olivia even checked in to ensure we were having a wonderful experience and personally greeted us when we returned the second day! I have to reiterate the food…prenominal and service….exceptional!! Don’t miss it, you won’t be disappointed!
