We have Been here for breakfast on weekend but today was the first day to come here for dinner. It has the best view of sunset as you dine and service and food were phenomenal. Their truffle fries are die for!

Ribeye was outstanding. The employees are extremely kind and attentive. I had the protein bowl with tuna. Sorry to tell you this Bayside, the rice wasn’t marinated, there were no green onions nor ginger. So I got a large spoonful of tiny tuna bites and a lot of unseasoned vegetables. Oh, and canned mandarin oranges. That was very disappointing.
But the chocolate cake made up for it.

Breakfast at Bayside Grill was the perfect start to the day. I had a build your own egg white omelet with skillet potatoes and hot coffee. Everything came out fresh, out, and delicious. Sitting outside overlooking the bay and the beautiful grounds of the The Grand made it even better. Great food, kind staff, and a peaceful view. That’s hard to beat.

Sunday brunch was amazing! I loved the variety of seafood and land options, even vegetarian options, including oyster shooters, peeled cocktail shrimp, marinated crab claws, prime rib, glazed ham, eggs Benedict, butternut squash consume, veggie medley, baked fish, waffles, omelette station, delicious salad bar options, a dessert buffet with bite-sized desserts, fresh made bananas foster with plantains, and more! Every single dish I tasted was delicious! Oh, and a live brass band!! The only down side was that our table was right in front of the band so it was way too loud at our table but the volume was good elsewhere. They also accommodated my husband’s request for a beermosa instead of a traditional mimosa.

This is a friendly, relaxing place with amazing food. My wife said the caramelized Brussel spouts were the best she has ever eaten. And she like Brussel spouts. The seared salmon was phenomenol! A defite ‘must do!’ The chicken salad sandwich was good but recommend ordering something else.

Bayside Grill was delicious! We had the spinach artichoke dip, which was the BEST ever. Our lunch was the honey pecan chicken salad on a croissant with a fruit cup. Generous portions as you can see.
I will return!

Tried the pork chop and the grilled cheese with tomato bisque. Grilled cheese had a great combination of cheeses but the bread was overly buttery and the sandwich wasn’t warm and fresh as you’d expect. Probably sat for too long before it was brought out. Tomato soup was tasty, well seasoned to give it a flavor that stood out from an average tomato soup. The pork chop was much bigger than expected and was well cooked; still juicy but with a crunchy exterior. Location is great, beautiful area with mini golf, corn hole, beautiful walking areas, and a view over the bay. Server was great but I think she was stretched a little thin trying to wait tables and tend the bar simultaneously. Menu is limited, but it’s a good place to get a bite if you’re in the area.

Had lunch here for 3. Service from Margaux was excellent. Love the atmosphere of the resort, and the games outside the restaurant were a great idea. The food, not so much. Shrimp and grits were very different with a tomato gravy and pork-belly style bacon. The gumbo was really thick and a little too homogenized, but the brown roux was good. House salad had to be sent back, uncommon for us. The baked chicken was pretty dry. We probably won’t eat here again. Prices are exorbitant. Much better food available in the area for less.
