Ordered the Asian chicken salad and it was nothing like described or pictured on the website. It was advertised as a chopped lettuce, cabbage, carrot mix (like Asian salads usually are) and it came as a bed of romaine topped with a few pieces of chicken, some peanuts, and crispy noodles. The dressing was good, but it was not at all what I was wanting. Additionally, we ordered extra Au Jus with the beef sandwich and did not receive that. Customer service was not great at the pickup counter either.

I have been here 5 times now. The first time I waited in line to order. Since then, I have easily ordered on line. My order is always correct and always waiting for me. Considering I have limited time for lunch, this is a must for me.

Ordered Greek Salad with Salmon. The salad was fresh but the salmon had a very strong taste and unpleasant appearance like it had been cooked several days before. Lots of sandwich options but no gluten free bread so if you have that requirement there’s not many options left.

Had a lunch break here. First visit and the place is well organized and clean. I ordered the Ruben sandwich with a side salad and a chocolate chip cookie. The Ruben was delicious. The bread was grill toasted, the corned beef was sliced thin and hot, and the dressing was the correct amount. I like sauerkraut and was pleased I asked for extra. The cookie was also delicious. It was thick without being dry and good quality chocolate chips. I recommend this spot and will be back.

Good place for lunch, in one of the industrial park in Hayward. It has some options for different tastes. The hamburger was OK with a little bit of cheese and couple of mushrooms plus tomatoes.the fries can be better. Good service and nice people at the counter.

Everyone has their own preference for food, but I’m giving Bay City Bistro 5 stars because it has ample seating inside (currently unavailable due to COVID-19 restrictions), some outdoor seating, the environment is always clean, the staff is friendly, I love the variety of food and drink options, and you can order online and pick up in a flash. They also offer catering at a very reasonable price, and were very accommodating when I requested preferential changes.
