Wonderful premium ice creams!! You can taste the quality And very friendly, welcoming staff! Such a well run business, I come here almost everyday and try a different ice cream! Never disappointed with a flavor.

Stumbled upon this hidden gem while at the beach and I’m so glad we did! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness. The young lady working there was absolutely delightful — so polite, patient, and professional, even though we had a somewhat large order.
Not once did she seem overwhelmed or bothered. She handled everything efficiently and diligently, all with a genuine smile on her face. That kind of customer service is rare these days, and it truly made the experience even better.
The food was just as impressive — fresh, delicious, and worth every bite. Between the amazing service and great food, this spot definitely earned a loyal customer. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

Great place to have a healthy lunch at with kids. It was a welcome surprise that we could pick and choose a bag of chips as this is part of any sandwich we chose. A healthy smoothie topped it off, even better with a nice ‘superhero’ ice cream for the kids

Cool spot that has a lot to offer! The ice cream was very good and the empanadas were also worth the stop! The only draw back to mention was that I was hoping for more out of the crab empanada. The beef and spinach ones were fantastic. 2 out of 3 I would order again – a few times! Friendly service and the ice cream (Amish made) should not be missed! Enjoy your stop!

Alex was great in handling everyone’s order and very kind friendly individual. My husband and I love the ice cream. My husband loves his very chocolatety peanut butter fudge ice cream and I love the black cherry flavors. We will keep returning every night

Nice little ice cream place! We visited twice in one week, while we were in town. First visit there was some younger guys working, and they were jamming out to Linkin Park which I thought was legit! Second visit we were met with a middle aged guy who was very nice. We will be back!

This is my first review ever, and it had to be for Bay One! Alexander was super helpful and friendly, making the whole experience great. The Cuban sandwich was incredibly tasty, and the ice cream was delicious. I’ll definitely be back — next time with my kids! Five stars all the way!

Nice little ice cream shop. Visited while in the area. Ice cream is from a local Amish dairy per the staff inside. Tasted great and not overly priced. There was parking available in the plaza on a weekday visit.

Great place for some ice cream and cuban sandwiches. Visited this little place 3 times this trip on vacation. They had a banana pudding ice cream that was the most delightful cold treat for a southern banana pudding lover. Toasted coconut didn’t disappoint either
