We ordered mutton biriani, goat polao and dosa combo. We had “medium” spice which was pretty spicy. The polao was very flavorful and we liked more than the biriani. The meat in the both was not enough. The dosa is supposed to be very thin and crispy but it became like “roti”. The idli had water from steaming! The masala and sambar were good.

Masala lollipos did not have masala but was better than Shrimp Vepudu which should be as dry fry (I mentioned in instructions to make it as dry as well) as the name says “vepudu”. Didn’t even wanted to talk about biryani (Temper Chicken Dum Biryani) which was mixed with Red chilli pickle for spicy , very disappointed with everything.

We stopped by Bawarchi for lunch, expecting decent to good food based on my previous experiences at their Houston location and other cities. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed. Most dishes, except for the Paneer Pasanda, lacked salt and flavor. The Pepper Corn Fry was tasteless and tough, while the Sambar Vada was bland with only a hint of spice. The Garlic Naan stood out as the highlight of the meal. The Paneer Pasanda was acceptable, but the Veg Dum Biryani resembled a pulao more than a biryani. Overall, the experience was mediocre. I might consider returning only if I’m desperate for a meal and not in the mood to cook.

We had gone there after visiting the roller rink across the street and had gone there due to the location. However we found a gem.

Dosa, gongura chicken, Chana masala, saag paneer, 3 roast eggs(?), rice, butter nan, mango. (We ordered mild for the kids but there was a small amount of heat… so be warned… though typical of my favorite places.) All were excellent. Spices was nicely balanced. Portions were on the larger side. We went home full but still we had a lot of leftovers. Kids liked it too.

There was fairly large menu with a South Indian selection.

(Also they put cilantro on many items so let them know if you don’t want it.)

EVERYTHING was so good here! First time ever there and their menu was HUGE but organized! I couldn’t figure out what I wanted to eat and the lovely waitress was so helpful and attentive and walked us through the menu. Shout out to Deeply (I’m totally probably butchering the spelling but it was pronounced like deeply) she was amazing ! Definitely coming again!

I had an amazing dining experience here! The Nattukodi Pulao was absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked rice with tender country chicken and rich traditional flavors. The Bhimavaram Mixed Biryani was another standout, full of authentic spices and a perfect balance of meat and masala. To top it off, the Red Velvet, Vanilla, and Chocolate cakes were fresh, soft, and wonderfully sweet — the perfect way to end the meal.
The staff were polite and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. Definitely one of the best places for authentic South Indian-style biryani and desserts. Highly recommended!

Had a really satisfying meal at Bawarchi. Tried Natu Kodi Pulav and Ragi Mudda, and both were excellent.
The Natu Kodi Pulav was flavorful, well-cooked, and tasted very authentic. The chicken was tender and nicely spiced.
Ragi Mudda felt fresh and healthy, paired perfectly with the curry.

Overall, the food felt homely, natural, and comforting. Definitely a good choice if you enjoy traditional Andhra-style food. Would love to visit again.

This is one of the best Indian restaurants I have visited. The food quality is excellent and the taste feels very authentic, just like homemade Indian food. Every dish is well cooked, flavorful, and served fresh.

I recently dined at this restaurant and found it to be a decent and spacious place, with a welcoming atmosphere. The serving staff were very accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed.

From the non-vegetarian appetizers, we ordered the **Chicken Lollipop** and **Karampodi Chicken Lollipop**. The Karampodi Chicken Lollipops were particularly flavorful with the perfect spice level to suit my taste. While the Chicken Lollipop was good, the taste of **karampodi lollipops ** was overpowering for my plate.

In the vegetarian appetizers, we tried **Gobi Manchurian**. It was **crispy and soft**, but I found it a bit sweeter and tangier than I prefer. However, the staff is willing to customize the dish to match your taste, so be sure to let them know your preferences.

I also tried the **Mutton Chops** for the first time, served with **raita and masala rice**. The portion was decent, and the tandoor preparation was perfect, making the mutton pieces juicy and delicious.

Overall, it was a **nice experience with balanced flavors** and no disappointments. As it was their first day, they are still working to make available all the items on their menu and adapting to customer preferences.

I wish them the best and hope they continue to serve the same or even better taste in the future.

**My best wishes to the entire team involved**.

I look forward to visiting again and seeing how they continue to evolve and improve.

If you’re a fan of spicy food, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit. The dishes are full of flavor, and spice lovers will truly enjoy the variety they offer. The only downside is the service it can be a bit slow due to a shortage of staff, so you might have to wait longer than expected. However, the food quality makes the wait worthwhile.

The atmosphere isn’t anything special, it has more of a casual, everyday restaurant vibe rather than a well-decorated or themed setting. Overall, great food with room for improvement in service and ambiance.
