One of my new favorite restaurants in Vegas. I was lucky enough to have James as my server and he was amazing. He made recommendations and I know this is a steakhouse, but I had the fried chicken with mashed potatoes and it could be the best fried chicken I’ve ever had in my entire life. It’s two chicken thighs pounded and breaded with a super crunchy delicious breading. The mashed potatoes have so much flavor. I’m coming back here tomorrow!

I’ve been to bavettes in Chicago and it was likely one of the best steaks I’ve had not to mention the experience itself. I was excited to go to the location in Vegas . I sat at the bar … the service was good and the crab cake appetizer was delicious but that was about the peak of the meal .
I ordered the dry age NY strip …… the crust was cooked hard but the middle was almost blue . I get how some people like it like this but I much prefer a more gradual “doneness” to the center of the steak . The Brussels sprout side was meh …. Way too cooked with no crunch in the center .
Also all the dishes came out so quick …. There was no intimacy to meal at all compared to what the Chicago location provides . The Vegas location is a cheap knock off unfortunately.
If you are looking for a top notch steak in Vegas it’s going to be hard to beat CUT.

The sides and sauces are thoughtful and elevated without being fussy, complementing the mains instead of competing with them. The atmosphere is dark and moody in a way that suits serious dining and conversation, not rushed dinners, and the service matches that tone with knowledgeable staff who time courses well and make solid recommendations. Prices are what you’d expect for a high end steakhouse but the value is real given the quality on the plate and execution across the meal. Overall it’s one of the stronger steakhouse experiences in Vegas with food and service that live up to the reputation.

Absolutely fantastic cuisine! From the flavorful starter to the perfectly grilled filets to the tasty side dish – it’s hard to call that not perfect!

We visited Bavette during our 10 year Anniversary stay in Vegas. The food and drinks were delicious. We were able to have an intimate dinner in what seemed to be a private dining area w/ a large party & table of 4. Our server was cool and attentive. My husband ordered another crab cake, but unfortunately the order wasn’t placed even though our server said he was gong to check on it at one point. Outside of that, the dining experience was nice & lovely for our Anniversary. We would visit again.

This place rocks, sat at the bar with two others and couldn’t of been happier. The bone in filet mignon is to die for. I’m usually a ribeye guy, but one of the regulars convinced me to order that. My other buddies had a ribeye and regular filet. The mashed potatoes were like eating heaven, cooked to perfection. Candy walnut apple salad was so refreshing to start I could of ate another. That paired with a good bottle of red and their amazing sourdough bread made this steakhouse a must visit when in Vegas.

Had an amazing experience here. Our server was the best, unfortunately I cannot remember his name. Drinks were stiff just like we like them. We ordered everything to share and there was so much food we couldn’t finish. Would definitely be back here again.

We came here after the NKOTB concert. We got there @ 1030 w/ resos at 11pm. They proceeded to seat us at 1110pm and tell us that we had 10 minutes to order food because the kitchen was closing at 1120. It would have been nice to know this beforehand, and maybe you shouldn’t have 11pm resos available if you only have 20 minutes to order. Luckily our waiter was gracious and completely understood our frustration and he made it as good as he could given the situation. Order a fee apps. Got the goat/marinara dip, crab stuffed avocado salad and truffle mac and cheese. Everything was tasty.
