However, there were two aspects that could be improved. Because we were a large group, some of the orders were not correctly understood by the server, which caused minor confusion during the service. In addition, the music was quite loud, making it difficult to have a conversation at the table.
Despite these issues, the restaurant stands out for its great cuisine and pleasant atmosphere. With a few adjustments to the service and the music volume, the experience would be outstanding.
This hidden gem, with its impeccable service and consistently delicious cuisine, truly stands out. The generous and well-balanced portions, combined with the warm hospitality, make it a place well worth revisiting. The guacamole is especially recommended as the perfect complement to an already outstanding meal.
I enjoyed our dining experience so much that I returned later in the same week. Photos of my dishes are attached to illustrate the exceptional quality and presentation of the food.
The service was terrible and extremely slow, and the food was underwhelming.
Because the restaurant was busy, we were seated in a roofed but almost outdoor area at the back, which felt like part of a shopping centre. It was cold, and we were completely forgotten there. The service was painfully slow, to the point where we were ready to leave.
When we finally got to order, we were given water but no glasses to drink from. When the Argentine steak arrived, it wasn’t cooked as ordered. Worse than that, it was very tough and really not good.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this restaurant and would not return.
However, the service is a major and consistent weakness. Throughout the visit, the staff appeared unfriendly, grumpy, and largely disengaged, creating an atmosphere that felt unwelcoming rather than hospitable. Basic elements of good service — such as approachability, attentiveness, and a genuine willingness to make guests feel comfortable — were noticeably lacking.
This is not about expecting overly cheerful behavior or fine-dining formality; it is about professional courtesy and basic hospitality, which should be standard at this price point. Instead, interactions felt transactional and, at times, inconvenient to the staff, which inevitably overshadows the effort put in by the kitchen.
It’s a shame, because with its food quality and reasonable pricing, this restaurant has the potential to be a strong option in Luxembourg. If the management wants to elevate the establishment, improving the mindset, training, and customer orientation of the service team is essential. Without meaningful changes on that front, the overall experience will continue to fall short of what the food alone deserves.
Also as a side note, The place was quite noisy, and the music was too loud. Overall, above average.
This wonderful Brazilian restaurant has made us return every day for the meals. The service is impeccable – customer service, good mood, politeness. The portions are generous and balanced, so that I never had to order an extra side dish. Guacamole is a must to complete the flavor.
