Batture is a NEW chic, casual, sleek spot to meet for drinks and a bite in the French Quarter. Located on the first floor of One11 Hotel, the restaurant’s decor is cozy with soft lighting and a mix of plush seating amid original exposed beams and brick walls. The vibe is contemporary historic with existing architecture overlayed with polished additions. Diners can enjoy alfresco dining poolside or on the Loading Dock which offers a full nanawall that opens up to a view of the French Quarter. For all-season dining, the nanawall provides a climate-controlled floor-to-ceiling view of the Quarter and passers-by. Stop by for a craft cocktail or some great wine soon!

Traveled on business last week and came across the GEM of a place, right behind where I was staying. Had I had knowledge of the Hotel portion, One 11, I would have stayed there instead. All I can say is the meal I had was the highlight of the trip. I was greeted by Gari who worked the bar, made perfect drinks, and was a pleasure to talk with. The man in the kitchen, Rob, sent out small plates of the most delicious food I have eaten in quite some time. Kudos to both of them. I highly visiting Batture Bistro, and if the hotel is anything like the restaurant, make your plans to stay there.

WOW! Best meal I’ve eaten in New Orleans yet. Went for brunch- what a delightful menu! And the chef himself went out of his way to welcome us in, and even made my daughter anything she asked for. Very friendly, wonderful service, and AMAZING food, beautifully presented. Beautiful restaurant/lounge with a gorgeous patio that has a small pool and fountain. Highly recommend you eat here. It was the best decision we’ve made while downtown.

You walk in to the beautiful decor and are transported instantly to somewhere else. Tranquil vibe and pleasant staff made brunch the quiet escape from the busy loud atmosphere of the weekend. We ordered several items to split including the CaliCajun, deviled eggs, the Conquistador Crown, and Avo Trio. The Cali Cajun was my favorite, just a mound of shrimp and lump crab on a bed of Avacado slices. The sauce they cover it in is decadent and delicious. The avo trio was very good as well. It was a great sampling of different flavors. The drinks we ordered were great. The bloody Mary was heavily seasoned and packs punch. The Lucy B felt like velvet in your mouth and tasted great. The watermelon craw was very booze, but I personally could have used more watermelon flavor. The Cure was perfect, the strawberry basil oleo made the drink! I’d definitely go back again.

Batture Bistro and Bar is a very nice place to have a drink. They serve an assortment of bar-type small plates which are quite tasty. The service is good and the cocktails are reasonably priced. This is an excellent spot to stop in for some wine, cocktail or something to eat.

There were so many great things I don’t know where to begin. When I arrive I notice the windows that allow you to look out at the Quarters and look in to the restaurant, just gorgeous. The decor and ambiance gives a chill vibe with a hint of elegance. Our waiter was very friendly, curious and attentive. There were also other staff that came by to check on us. Now on to the food. OMG! So delicious. Everything was amazing, not one bad dish. The drinks were very good as well. Great place for locals and tourists.

A few years back, this was a GREAT place for a good drinks and amazing small plates. I think the hotel took over the restaurant from the Messinas? The drinks and atmosphere are still stellar, but the lack of food offered is abysmal! Please bring back a full menu! Especially since it’s right next to the movie theater. The people want a quick meal and nice drink before the movies – please!!

I recently stayed at the One11 Hotel, and Batture Bistro and Bar is conveniently located within the hotel. It’s nice to have a spot to grab a drink before heading out to dinner. We stopped by for their happy hour, but I was disappointed by the limited options available. They definitely need to improve the food selections, as it would help attract more foot traffic. The happy hour menu only featured discounts on drinks, along with meatballs and egg rolls containing pork, which didn’t offer much variety. While the atmosphere was nice, the food options fell short of expectations. Overall, with some improvements to the menu, this place could be a great addition to the hotel experience.
