This is our new favorite restaurant in Old Town Manassas. The food is delicious and the service is great. I order the warm goat cheese salad and add chicken. I love it so much that I have ordered it every time we go there. My husband has ordered their pork tenderloin twice and their stout braised roast beef and he said it was all good. Their orange butter cake is so delicious that we split it whenever we eat there!

This was our first time here and stopped off at Battle Street Bistro to start our three day weekend (Thursday evening). We asked to be sat upstairs on their rooftop restaurant area which was available with open seating. The server greeted us promptly and shared the daily special, which was a seafood curry dish. We started with their pecan brie that was served with a side of grape jam and pita. The appetizer was very good and warm (could still see the brie bubbling in the cast iron pan). We then ordered our entrées. We ordered the steak frites and I went with the seafood curry special. The steak arrived at the desired temperature and was a wonderful meal. I REALLY enjoyed the seafood curry dish. It was fantastic and came with mixed veggies and white pecan rice as the sides. Drinks were also good but not the best when comparing prices to other local spots. However, the food was fantastic and we would recommend Battle Street Bistro for a wonderful meal and a calming environment. Service was also excellent!

The food is AMAZING!!! Wife and I ordered the Katsu Burger (pictured) and the Fried Fish Sandwich. I honestly wish I took a better picture of my burger as the picture doesn’t do it justice. Both dishes were decent portions and delicious! I am particularly picky with restaurants and both of these items were shooting well above their weight. The fish sandwich was cooked to perfection in a traditional fish and chips manner, but better than anywhere I’ve had it in recent memory. The Katsu Burger sounded odd to me (being that it is panko breaded and deep fried), but was recommended by the waitress. Literally, both sandwiches were so good that it is one of the few local restaurants that I crave on a regular basis. The burger was juicy, full of flavor, and different in a good way, all while still being very much a burger. The restaurant is very unassuming from the outside and somewhat hard to notice as it is hidden in an alley in Old Town. There is also very limited seating so keep that in mind for wait times and seating. Otherwise, it is totally worth it and a repeat for sure.

Relatively new restaurant in downtown Manassas. Some seating on the ground floor but more seating available on the rooftop. Food options were limited to a one page menu. I tried the herb crusted pork chop which was lovely but my mate had the steak fritters and it was a little bland. The fries were delicious.

Stopped by for a beer and dinner. Not a large selection of beer. Tried. The Milk Stout and the Cajun Shrimp Pasta. Both very tasty. I was amazed at how good the pasta tasted. Something I would expect at a fine dining restaurant. The atmosphere is modern upscale. Quiet enough to have a conversation but be in a crowd. Staff was very friendly. Give this place a try when you are in Manassas.

Went at 3pm on a Friday. There were a few people, more than expected, making me think Saturday evening will be busy. The food was wonderful. Even my youngest son was impressed with every dish on the table. The portions were just right, and the food was well cooked. It was another son’s birthday, and when we ordered a couple of desserts to share, the waiter brought out the orange cake with a candle. Great staff, would definitely recommend dining here.

I love this spot, especially the rooftop seating! The cocktails are always delicious and they have the best tuna steak I’ve ever tasted. The service was great, we were greeted by every employee we walked by (or who walked by us), which is often rare to find in the restaurant business. I’ve been going to their affiliate restaurant, The Secret Garden, for years and it’s no wonder the two are related. Definitely a spot you can revisit time and time again without disappointment.

They seem to still be working out how best to handle takeout orders, but they’re friendly about it. The food is really, really good. I look forward to dining in sometime. The restaurant, while smallish, is nicely done and the rooftop bar is appealing. They have a really good, but again smallish vegetarian menu. I’ve enjoyed both that vegetarian menu and the at large menu a few times now and will be back for more. I wish I’d looked into this spot sooner.

My daughter and I were there from California and the hospitality was amazing. The breakfast was really good and the drinks were as well. We sat at the bar and everyone that worked there were just genuine nice people. Was a great experience. Next time we will eat on the roof
