This is the most inconsistent ice cream parlor I have been to. Depending on the staff, your ice cream will be different. One day it’s great, the next it’s horrible. Part of the staff does not give an ounce of care for how your speciality drink is created, while others will take their time and make it spot on. My recommendation? Have a manager watch the staff and see how they treat paying customers. Watch if they can successfully perform their assigned duties. Why should I return to this shop if I’m treated poorly? That’s not customer service. It’s truly an embarrassment to a well established parlor in the area.

Amazing ice cream shop. They offer sundaes, shakes, cones, cups, pies ,cakes and ice cream nachos. I will need to visit many times to sample all the delicious offerings. They also have an ice cream flight if it is too hard to choose just one flavor, and it will be!

My first visit.. the young lady behind the counter was friendly and helpful.. they had a special 3 pts for $20 so I went for it. I bought:
Mint chip, peanut butter swirl & strawberry brownie.
Mint chip had lots of chips , minty taste and green ( which I loved)
Peanut butter swirl was ok.. not as good as I expected.
Strawberry with brownie pieces was definitely the best.. lots of brownie pieces and the strawberry ice cream was excellent.
I recommend and will return!!

Delicious! I got the Cold Brew in a pretzel cone and it was perfect! The chocolate shake was a great texture. The sundaes looked excellent – some people were ordering them around us. The staff was super polite and friendly!

Waited patiently in line with my boyfriend while they served other customers. We were standing there for a handful of minutes and were finally next in line. With absolutely zero acknowledgement from any of the 3 employees behind the counter, the girl scooping ice cream skipped over us and began taking the order of two girls who entered way after us. Very rude & unwelcoming vibe. Will be taking my money to “The Inside Scoop” instead.

I understand that as a new location they’re still probably getting things together but there were no labels for the 10+ flavors and not even a print out to look at. The vanilla tastes extremely artificial like something you could buy cheap at the store despite claims of “super premium small batch ice cream”. The mint milkshake was lacking actual mint flavor and was a super thin milk like consistency. For $14 it feels like a waste of money compared to buying ice cream at the grocery store.

I gave this 2 stars, because I’ve already had the ice cream and it’s good. The two stars is for the horrible customer service (7/18/25). I walked in with my child at about 850pm.
After waiting in line and checking the flavors for a good minute or two, a male employee came out and told us and another other family (that came in at the same time) that they were closed- no service.
What happened to locking the doors and serving whoever is already in the store? The owner of the store lost out on my two, a family of four and I believe another family of 3….

Great ice cream spot. The fat content’s a good deal higher than most ice cream. They have a mix of creative flavors and more traditional flavors. The baklava ice cream’s a hit.

I had Batch at MusikFest so I cannot comment to the aesthetic of the business since I got it from their ice cream truck. I decided to go with a scoop of strawberry and a scoop of Madagascar Vanilla. They have a limited list of flavors at MusikFest but both of those sounded good on a Very hot day.
The strawberry was solid. Had chunks of strawberry in it and it was creamy and didn’t have any freezer crystals or anything. The vanilla however was incredible. This had the cleanest “real” vanilla taste I’ve ever gotten from an ice cream. It’s been days and I’m still thinking about it, it’s a real problem.
I’m sure it was MusikFest prices but 2 scoops was near $8. I’m not even mad about it, that vanilla is worth it and the guy working was very friendly and helpful. Batch absolutely – Didn’t Suck!

Smooth and creamy ice cream full of flavor! The manager / owner even stopped to ask if we enjoyed the ice cream and thanked us for our support. The even had 2 Vegan ice cream options!!
