Just tried the new food trailer **Bastrop Birria King** near the Walmart carwash, and wow — this place was amazing.
Everything tasted fresh and homemade. The corn tortillas elevated this lunch run to a whole other level, the beans were packed with flavor, and the rice was absolutely on point. I ordered the birria taco plate on corn tortillas, and they’ve officially made a customer for life. My wife and I have been searching for a truly authentic birria spot, and this trailer did NOT disappoint.
The crema and guacamole were the perfect additions. I especially loved the green sauce, and I washed it all down with a Mexican Coke — couldn’t have been better.
We’re already planning to go back to try the flauta plate, tortas, and more from the menu.
If you’re in Bastrop, drive past Taco Bell and McDonald’s toward the carwash and check them out — you will not be disappointed.
