Ordered a double scoop and a layered sundae. The young man making my order picked the wrong kind of ice cream for the sundae and I watched him shake the scoop out of the sundae cup and back into its tub and then scoop the right flavor in without disinfecting/rinsing the scoop and without changing the sundae cup. He also did not layer the product at all, he just scooped the ice cream in and then drizzled the sauce on the top. The food is fine, luckily we don’t have any allergies but if he had done that to someone with an allergy to a certain kind of ice cream flavor (in this case it was PEANUT BUTTER, one of the most common allergens in the world), they could have had a serious allergic reaction. This guy 100% needs to be retrained on the procedure for that sort of thing. Visited 5:50pm on August 30, 2024.

Been a few times here now. It’s definitely a better Baskin Robbins in my opinion and the staff is awesome. The few times I’ve been here, they’ve always been extremely friendly and the store is well stocked with all of the flavors.
Props to the guy we see most of the nights we’ve gone because he’s definitely a great employee and has a cherry attitude. Makes visiting pleasant!

I don’t think I will be coming here again. The scoop size is a joke these days. The size of the scoops are half of what they used to be. I get inflation but your prices have increased and the scoop size isn’t the same as before. I would rather go the grocery store or another ice cream shop to get what I pay for.

I ordered a cake to pick up Saturday morning at 11am for my daughters birthday. When I got there at 11 the doors were locked and no one was inside even though they open at 11. I waited in my car for 20 minutes for someone to show up. Then when I got inside my cake wasn’t even done, he said it would be another 20 minutes. The man working was not apologetic at all. I am not happy with the service.

Went in tonight to enjoy some ice cream 70% of the flavors were empty and they had no more in back. Staff did not seem to care if offer other options. Left with nothing. Worst experience ever.
