Great Customer service from the moment we walked in to when we left. We were greeted by a very friendly young man. He went on to offer us to test taste any ice cream flavor without us having to ask. Even when we left his good bye was friendly and professional. Ice cream quality? It has the same distinct flavor of Baskin Robbins. Highly recommended!

We love going to Baskin Robbins and we’ve been to this location many times. But today might be our last..I witnessed the lady serving ice cream dropped the scooper on the floor, picked it up and returned it without washing it! She saw me saw her doing it, yet she didn’t hesitate and still didn’t wash the scooper after the fact. 🙁 It’s sad that it happened but I hope management will do something about it and I hope no customers get sick.

Best Baskin-Robbins I’ve been to in years. Friendly servers and busy on most visits. Great selection of ice cream and cakes. I like the feel of a old school neighborhood ice cream parlor. This has one has it!

I love this visiting this Baskin Robbins because I can immediately tell the store is being ran well. It is always clean and the customer service is genuine. I was greeted with a smile and offered a sample of daiquiri ice, the flavor was to my liking and is consistent everytime. Alma served me my icecream and even asked how I was doing. She definitely made me feel welcome and happy with choosing this location. I will continue to make the 30 minute trip to visit this location.

Because I’m sick, I can only keep down BR’s vanilla malts. My mother has been going there daily for months to purchase one for me (I can’t drive). The staff has been WONDERFUL, until Ruby came into the picture. Mom ordered the usual but when she brought it home, it wasn’t vanilla and I can’t eat anything BUT vanilla or I’ll be violently ill. Mom took it back to BR. Ruby REFUSED to exchange it and yelled at my elderly mother! She screamed, “I didn’t make a mistake, YOU ordered it wrong!” Again, we’ve ordered the SAME thing for MONTHS! It went back and forth until my mom finally said, “let’s agree to disagree.” Ruby’s response? “NO! Because I’M RIGHT!!” Mom DID end up buying yet ANOTHER malt, because I did have to eat! So, one malt ended up costing us $28! We typically spend $8.99/malt, but Ruby charged mom $13.99/malt!

When I asked her about verbally assaulting an elderly woman, she put the phone down on me! My husband called the Corporate Office when he got home from work and the gentleman he spoke to couldn’t have been nicer! He said that he would contact the owner of the Fillmore store and he, in turn, would call us back. That was 6 days ago and we’ve heard NOTHING. Dumb move. We spend $270/month there……but NOT anymore!! Now we go to a BR that is further away but it’s well worth it because RUBY doesn’t work there!

Not too far of a walk for the kids. Fun to get a few scoops of ice cream here. Located in a modest shopping center with other stores to visit too. It’s good that there are a couple tables and chairs outside because it can be a tight squeeze inside the store.

Thank you, thank you to this make-it-happen staff! After a busy week, with a couple of days down with the flu, I realized I hadn’t phoned in to Baskin Robbins to order our family’s traditional Easter ice cream cake (thanks to Tammy). I reside in San Diego and during my travels I phoned in (hands-free) early Saturday morning to see if I could place the order and pick up a little later in the day. Staff was very polite when explaining to me special orders require a 24-hour notice to ensure a baker is available. (Yikes….my family was NOT going to be happy with me breaking tradition.) I thanked them and decided to try the Santa Paula store. I was on the phone with the SP store when the Fillmore store phoned me to let me know that they were able to speak with their baker and shared my story (my plight really), and this big-hearted baker agreed to fill my order to help keep our family tradition alive for our Saturday celebration! This Fillmore Baskin Robbins staff: Simply the best!!
