My wife and I stopped by here to get some ice cream. She was craving it after we were in the area helping her brother. I never came to this Baskin Robbins location so it was a new experience for me. The place is not in a big plaza but since we came at night time, finding a parking spot wasn’t so bad. When we walked in, a worker greeted us and ask what would we like. My wife went with their rocky road in a Salt cone and I got 1 scoop of vanilla in a cup. My wife loved her ice cream in a cone and I got a decent amount of vanilla in a cup. The place is not that big inside so we just ate our ice cream outside since people started to come in. Overall we had a good experience and I took a look at their cake selection too. They had a decent amount of quality cake in the freezer ready to be brought.

My daughter was absolutely tickled by the playful chatter of your server Adriana, who made her giggle with silly questions about which toppings she might like best. Adriana truly went above and beyond to create a fun, memorable experience for my little one. The joy on my daughter’s face as she savored her ice cream creation was priceless. I came in with a smile and left crying. The super rude cashier only had one client before me, and I told her kindly that I didn’t mind waiting, she made a face and just kept working. Once she was done, I thought she would continue with me, but she refused to serve me while raising her voice at me while I tried to remain calm. If the owner of this stablishment reads this, please make sure you have someone responsible, properly trained, and with enough experience to handle rush hour. Your employees are horrible humans!

I went to take my kids for ice cream and I asked the cashier if I got the 31 discount for today is Jan 31 . She said no because u don’t have the app downloaded in your phone . I don’t see that posted anywhere that u need a q r. Code to get the discount . The pice is way too much . 4 ice creams almost 30 bucks it’s way too much just for ice cream .

Ordered a double scoop hot fudge sundae, two of the smallest scoops & don’t even get me started on the amount of hot fudge, definitely not worth the $5 & change. I’d hate to see what the single scoop would look like. It was the sorriest sundae I’ve ever had, this location is convenient but I think I’ll stick to the San Fernando location.
