They have to be better at keeping the items needed to provide the service they are advertising. They are always out of milk to make milkshakes. It happened to me once in store and now online while using Postmates. I had to contest the order to receive my refund because the store wouldn’t cancel the order, or didn’t know how to, leaving me with a charge for almost $40. I was able to get my money back but will not be ordering or giving my money to incompetent business owners who can’t have their store fully stocked. Mind you, VONS is on the same shopping plaza where they can easily restock their milk supply!

The tables consistently needed cleaning during each visit. Staff were idle doing nothing or chatting.
My winter visit was much cleaner, probably less to worry about 🙂
Service could improve.
At least the ice cream is tasty.
Make sure workers are able to use even the smallest amount of common sense when it comes to cross contamination and keeping customers safe.

(Bad Experience, good ice cream) I went in at 8:50pm, 8/14/23, and as soon as it was my friend’s time to order, he asked for a sample which turned into a request for a single scoop of that initial sample flavour. Not only did it take about five minutes to receive the scoop, but both the workers began to clean and refill tubs right in front of both my friends and I as my friend who just ordered stood waiting at the register. Even as he received the scoop he had to wait five more minutes to pay. After a while I gave the benefit of the doubt that maybe they thought my other friend and I were still thinking on what to order so as the male worker started to clean besides the ice cream I wanted to sample, I asked if I could sample a flavour and he replied with “maybe” ??? I’m honestly still confused on why he even said maybe but either way I paid for my ice cream without my T-Mobile deal (which got redeemed but I didn’t get the $2 off for some reason). I didn’t notice this but my friends said the female worker, Jenna, kept side eyeing new customers walking in and spoke under her breath. Ice cream is good though, I got the Jamoca with fudge and it’s tasty 🙂

So this is family night prices now?!? One of my family members went to go get a scoop on family night and they only speak Spanish so Its a bit harder to communicate. But ive been here before to get some icecream a couple of times and the workers are always rude. Anyways would not recommend coming here!

So tell me why I get here 15 minutes before they close and the door is already locked but the open sign is clearly on. To make things worse the employee I’m guessing shift lead along with his subordinate completely ignore us while we knock. I’m sure they where happy to leave early but I can’t say the same for the owner who just lost some business. If you’re that in a hurry to leave then get a different job.

Wrong order every time. I ordered chocolate fudge and they gave me Rocky Road. Two different flavors. Worst Baskin Robins I’ve ever been to.

Thank you so much for calling me back I appreciate your return call for changing the flavor off the ice cream..Ok the lady that it call me back she said that she will change the flavor off my cake but she Lie.she didn’t even change ..I order cheesecake but then I call to canceled because some of our family members are allergic to cheese.She didn’t even change it..It was so sweet and chunks off cream cheese it was not a great ice cream

Went in on the 19th around 4pm to pick up an ice cream that I had ordered online 5 days prior , there was a young man working by himself in the store and he couldn’t find my cake. He called who I believe is his manager Jasmin and basically said that it was my fault for ordering online that my cake was never made. Doesn’t make sense. They couldn’t refund me my money since the kid was by himself, had to be forced to get one of their other cakes that was the total opposite of what I ordered. Such a shame.

Came into the store at around 2:50 on Thursday March 13 and the 2 female employees didn’t acknowledge me and my sister and spent the whole time talking and laughing with each other and when I asked if they could help us the lady in brown gave us attitude and said to hold on. She also had AirPods in her ears. Her name is Jasmin. Terrible customer service.
