I was tricked by the ratings thinking it was actually a 4.0 baskin robbins, so I took a chance and ordered an Eeyore cake for my mom. Called the day of pick up and they told me there was a glitch in their system and their printer was broken even though I paid extra for a custom picture on the cake (Eeyore) and this is what I picked up absolutely ridiculous.

I placed an order for an ice cream cake 2 weeks ago. It was supposed to be ready by 12 noon. Got to the store to pick it up, and was told I had to wait 2 more hours because it wasn’t ready!! So unprofessional and irresponsible. Don’t recommend this place! I’d rather order an ice cream cake from Walmart for half the price! I was charged $39.99 for a large cake that is supposed to feed 10-12 people. This is what I got! A small cake that costs $21.99 that feeds 2-4 people!

I don’t know her name she refused to give it to me, assuming that I was trying to ask for a number. I went here to get some ice cream and they were closed before the time on the door! Also there was another customer that was outside wanting ice cream also! Who does that ! I have never known a business turn away money! Anyway I filed a formal complaint and I truly hope that things change for the better!

if I could give no stars at all I would. Not only did they make the cake look wonky and weird but they also put an entirely different flavor then I had asked for. I was gonna let this mistake go and only bring it to their attention but they were beyond rude and disrespectful, went in calmly and spoke to a worker about this issue and during that moment another employee (Jessica) comes in and barging into this conversation telling me that she made that cake and that she will not be accommodating anything because she spoke to her manager and nothing will be done to her because she felt she did what was right ( mind you she was already being passive aggressive and pointing fingers at me ). She went straight to defending herself rather than giving an apology, all I wanted was an apology and a cake in the flavor I asked. This wasn’t the worst part. I called corporate and they agreed with me that this employee was out of line. A couple of moments after I received yet another call but this time from the manager, this manager (David) was even worse then the rude employee I first spoke to. From the very moment I picked up the call he began to scream at me and speak to me very ill mannerly. I was even willing to bring back the cake because it was practically intact, nobody ate it. I will never be buying from here again. They give Beyond Horrible service.

Think they need to be more organized meaning the staff..wait time was horrible.and they where just all behind the counter wondering around like if they where lost.while people where waiting..and I personally think it was just a matter of management . because you shouldn’t have to wait so long in line,specially when you have pints of ice cream melting. Not thrilled..first time going there don’t think I’ll go back..
