We frequent this Baskin Robins regularly. I give it 4 stars only because most of the tables were really dirty and the two young men behind counter were not doing anything but standing around. Although they were both friendly.

Rude short fat lady with glasses (trainer manager) was treating me and my girlfriends like we were a huge inconvenience. I asked for the cookies and cream and she yelled at us that they are completely out. So I asked for a sample of strawberry and she said they don’t give out samples!!!! I just saw her give a sample to the elderly couple before us!?!!?

Ordered ice cream from Grub Hub (I know, I know). But it had been an awful day and it was late and I wanted something to cheer me up. Ordered one sundae for myself and one for my husband, they canceled mine without even offering a replacement/substitution. A perfect end to a terrible day. Thanks a lot.
