Haven’t had Baskin Robbins in forever but being in Taos we didn’t have a choice. Well it was on point. I did the German Chocolate Cake and it was on point. Wife, the pumpkin spice on a cone and she was silent the whole time. Yeah … she was into it. Well there you have it. BK and it’s 31 flavors reign supreme. Go 4 it!

Me and my girlfriend have always gone to Baskin robbins the place is usually awesome and we love the ice cream, tonight we pulled up to the drive through and asked for our usual order, the girl inside I guess didn’t hear me when I said my toppings, and when I clarified what I wanted she got rude with us, when we pulled up she said the total and I handed her the cash she grabbed it a little frustrated, I get it scooping ice cream isn’t exactly a dream job. But we asked for her name for a review when really I was just gonna go in later and talk with a owner, or a manager she claimed she wasn’t the one that took the order but sounded exactly the same as the person who took the order, in the end they also got the ice cream wrong in our Sundays look I get people get frustrated, and irritated but you do not gotta act rude with your customers. We are still gonna keep going to Baskin Robbins because we always have we love the place, we just hope to see better attitudes next time, thank you for the work y’all do and the service you usually provide is awesome. Just tonight was a night when someone was frustrated.

Honestly, this location has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced for a franchise. The employees are always very sweet and accommodating.
