Bought new tires at Victor’s tires and we decided to walk over for a cone! That place was immaculate! So clean and shiny! The girl working there was amazing! The cones were delicious and the atmosphere was bright and inviting! Definitely will go back! So yummy!

I only gave this place a two star because Baskin Robbins used to be great & reasonably priced back then, but recently a triple scoop ice cream & a soda will cost you $10.80 or a bit more & I think charging too much money for ice cream is ‘cold hearted’ because getting ice cream from Baskin Robbins used to feel like a fun & tasty experience to keep my mind off of my problems not break my bank account. I would give this place five stars only if they charge fairer ice cream prices because I don’t know how a triple scoop should go up in price well beyond the official inflation rate of the United States because Baskin Robbins is good ice cream, but I don’t feel like they need to price gouge Clearfield residents this much money for their ice cream because people can’t save a lot of money to eat out that much in Clearfield because the Clearfield cost of living is getting too high & our wages struggle to keep up because it is stagnant. A triple scoop back in 2013 used to cost like five something bucks, but it costs like seven to eight bucks as of right now & they charge a small soda bottle for three bucks. I don’t see how it make sense to financially abuse people by overcharging too much money for ice cream while it would be cheaper & better to get ice cream from the grocery store instead. I mean I don’t normally eat grocery store ice cream because it’s not fresh & I like ice cream from places like Baskin Robbins because it is fresh, but I think Baskin Robbins need to change their mind on price gouging their customers for ice cream especially in a Working Class neighborhood such as Clearfield because their aren’t a ton of Middle Class people in Clearfield compared to Kaysville or something you know. That’s what I think & I heard from the other reviews that your customer service is bad & that may not be my experience, but you need to keep your workers fully motivated & fully train them on how to do their job correctly just like a normal company should be doing just like back then.

Gave it a 3 because the kids running the place did a great job. The only issues we had were the tables and chairs were looking rough. There’s no public restrooms. Families come here to rest and enjoy a treat. Restrooms are a must! Parents need to wash little hands, ect.
The dine in area was directly in the sunlight. There should be a way to sunvise the area; Make it more comfortable for guests. It made the whole experience feel rushed. We had to eat our treat quickly in order to prevent it from running down the sides of the cone.
The outdoors sitting was nice and covered.

Absolutely love the customer service we get here, we went out of town and tried to Baskin Robbins and service was terrible. Made me grateful for this one back home!

Came with my daughter tonight 20 min before closing. The girl who took my order had a nasty attitude and seemed annoyed to take my order. When I asked why she had an attitude she told me to drive away. When I asked for her name or managers name she refused and co ruined to argue with me over the order speaker box about how I needed to drive away.

Store is looking nice and clean. The girls working the counter super friendly and fast service. Would get a five-star but when I buy the 1 liter ice cream container for them to fill up. They do not feel it full. Container had lots of air pockets and ended up only being about 3/4 full. Why are you weighing the ice cream when you are selling it by volume not by weight. It’s a 1 L container. So either sell it as weight or sell it as volume. A little deceptive.

I have now ordered takeout from Baskin Robbins clearfield Utah two times now. Both times they have done awful. They put hardly any Oreo on the side of the ice cream, and for some reason both times they failed to mix the Oreo in the ice cream. When I order ice cream like this I expect it to be premixed. But on the bright side I made a good TickTock making fun of them.

I’ve been here before for regular ice cream so I thought I would give the birthday cakes a try. If I would’ve knows this is what $50 gets me then I would have gone elsewhere. I would not recommend their custom cakes. This looks nothing like the picture that I saw in the store or online.
