Their ice cream is really good. They have evolved over the years since I was young to not just an ice cream cone shop. Their ice cream is pricey. They had plenty of counter help so that we received our treats quickly. Sadly, being a Saturday night, there wasn’t enough seating for our party of 4. We enjoyed our treats in the car.

Peyton made my fiancés birthday!! We went in to this location looking for a premade cake and were ready to settle for a cake that had the flavors he wanted, but disappointed with how it looked. We mentioned a few times that he liked Spider-Man, but were told that it would take 24 hours to get one of their Spider-Man cakes ordered. So Peyton offered to make one for us. We told her to go ham on the design and let her creativity guide her and we’re VERY happy with the results! She didn’t disappoint at all. We didn’t even ask for the Spider-Man look, that was all her! We thought she would just whip something up and we would be happy with it. She delivered wonderful customer service and very talented at cake design. Love her so much! Please give her a raise ! She deserves it!

I’ve always came to this location for years and it has always been a great experience until today.. I ordered a 4th of July cake and it was not like the picture, the red and blue icing was the wrong shade and there was no sprinkles. When asked about the discrepancies the staff kindly informed me that they ran out of the red and blue icing like the picture as well as the Fourth of July sprinkles.. which is totally understandable, but as the customer I would have appreciated a heads up.

I can’t express how great this staffs location is. We ordered a polar pizza for next day pick up at another location and they mentioned they couldn’t do it.
I walked into this location and they made me a custom polar pizza on the spot in under 5 mins. I wish I would’ve caught the girls name who helped me. I’ll be back to this location going forward. Spectacular customer service

They decided to close 5 minutes early and when I knocked on the window they pretended that I wasn’t there. They finally opened the door and said that sometimes they just close 3 minutes early and that if we wanted anything they’d have to reopen and put their blenders back up. I don’t usually leave reviews but this was just kind of crazy honestly

Sofia at the American Fork location has done the cutest designs for three of my ice cream birthday cakes!! Not only is she the sweetest person but she cares and will call or reach out to confirm design and color features. She helped me make a Hot Wheels, Hello Kitty and Barbie cake. Love her, she is the BEST!! I will keep going back to her.

I love the ice cream at this place. It’s a little hard to get to.Given the configuration of the parking lots in the area. But once you’re there, you can bask in the luxury of all thirty one of the flavors. Flavors of the season include pumpkin cheesecake and my favorite eggnog! But you can never go wrong with strawberry cheesecake.Are any of the chocolate and caramel varieties. The service was excellent. I was in and out in less than ten minutes, even though I had three handpacked orders.
