Disappointed. I’m staying the hotel nearby and went to get ice cream at 10 and they closed the door(google said 10:30). They know they shouldn’t have closed as they started to talk to each other and then she walked away. Definitely nooooo customer urgency! I work in customer service and this was not cool

I stopped by the store right now because they had giving me the wrong order. Some carrot hair guy who claimed to be in charged, did not want to change the order. I showed him the ice cream new and untouched. He was very rude and refused to give me his name because of “privacy laws” according to him. That was just pathetic!!! But yet, he had no uniform, no name tag, and a backwards cap…who is running this business and who hires these people???? I paid like 7 dollars for the wrong order and still got an entitled, rude and disrespectful employee. I didn’t know if laugh about the situation or get mad. I just took my business somewhere else and deleted their app.

Ordered a single scoop of ice cream on a cone, the girl barely spoke, I drove up to the window she never came to the window, I waited, and waited, I honked never answered, I went around, told her I was still waiting for my ice cream, she said ill have it for you, NEVER opened the window, I left, she never said, ill be right with you. I could of understood if she was taking care of customers, but there was no cars at all! I’ll never go there again.,,bad service!

We took our grandchildren after a basketball game to eat ice cream at 9:20 pm. The doors were locked and the chairs put up. The girl said we had to go through the drive through to order our ice cream. So we did and ate outside. Then we see a customer walk in and get serviced. After that, I went in and asked them if they were open. She replied that they were open after all. It was a horrible experience for my grandchildren. Cameras don’t lie. Management needs to check their cameras for proof. You could tell that thety didn’t want any customers with children in the establishment. Also the website says it closes at 11pm and the on the door it says it closes at 10 pm.

UNDERSTAFFED – On a Sunday, the poor employee had to man the drive-thru, lobby, and carry-out orders BY HERSELF… she was fast and polite but this mismanagement was UNFAIR to both the employee and the customers. Unacceptable wait, but I still gave her a tip because she was doing the best she could given the circumstances.

Good ice-cream. Somewhat overworked/understaffed place. Many flavors of ice-cream are missing/out but what they have left over is pretty good. Also, you can’t enter the business or order after 8:30 pm unless you are going through their drive through.
