Young staff is untrained and incompetent and apparently their boss is just the same.
Had an Uber Eats order with them for a $50 ice cream cake they didn’t have in stock and said they didn’t have the ingredients to make it- I don’t know why it’s even available on the app if so. Asked them to just cancel it. 15 minutes later had to reach out to Uber support, which directed me to call the store as according to Uber policy the restaurant is supposed to cancel if the problem is on their end so I don’t have to pay for the cancellation.
The clearly young employee had no idea what I was talking about, said she would call her boss and call me back. Somehow in the five minutes she called back about my ‘doordash’ order so she couldn’t even listen to the customer on the phone. Her and the boss claimed they can’t do anything, sucks to be me.
Thankfully Uber support cancelled once I got ahold of a human, but I was almost charged $50 for nothing because their staff (and their manager clearly) is completely incompetent.

If you love ice cream, you have to try this Baskin Robbins! The waffle cone is just the right size, and the cookies and cream was delicious. The chocolate chip mint is equally great, packed with rich chocolate chips. I highly recommend this spot for an outstanding ice cream treat!

Some of the best ice cream around. It is not cheap. They are known for many flavors of ice cream. I personally like the chocolate malt. The large also has a large price of about $8.00, it is worth the price ever once in a while.

Nice place. Friendly and informative staff. Good collection of ice cream. you can get ice cream cakes. Also you can pre order ice cream cakes here. We had a scoop each of coffee and praline ice cream.
PS- they have different bases also. Chocolate waffles, cones etc. No indoor sittings are allowed due to COVID 19.

Y’all! Trust me when I say,”everyone needs a polar pizza!” Absolutely a perfect Summer treat. Or a treat for any occasion!! I just suggest picking up in store instead of ordering through a third party app.

I came to buy ice cream and the Jamoca ice cream had a weird taste too. In I ask if they could exchange in they told me they could not do anything about it. In the service was horrible they ignored me when I was called them for sample they gave me the service until they felt it was necessary. I am a regular customer and I usually order Jamoca it had a taste like expired.

The sign said open it was like 9:50pm so i made sure and they said yes we are open for 10 more minutes. I placed a simple order and they made my ice cream but refused to put sprinkles on it because they closed in 10 minutes…? I said okay it’s just sprinkles and if your sign says open then you have 10 minutes to put sprinkles on an ice cream. The manager refused. He said they already cleaned up and toppings are closed. I said sooo your open for 10 more minutes to fix a bowl of ice cream but the sprinkles are closed…? He said yes. The sprinkles were sitting right there in a bowl with plastic wrap on top. I told them throw my ice cream away I’ll go somewhere else. They were too lazy to add a simple thing like sprinkles.
