I wish I could give this experience a zero. When we have placed an order on the app, we have always been able to pick up early. Last night we made an order for pickup at 9. When we went through the drive through at 8:50 we were handled with TERRIBLE ATTITUDE. We were told to come back at 9. Nothing else…. Just “come back at 9”. So we parked across for the street for 10 minutes and drove back to the drive through at precisely 9 and were told to come in. No one in line or in store. We pulled back around, went in. The guy was super friendly and the girl would not even make eye contact. When I asked for my order, she rudely said ,”is it NOT IN THE FREEZER?” At this point, with the way I was handled, I was boiling, but I got my order, and left. There is usually a ticket at the bottom with the number to leave a review, this was missing. I am sure, intentionally. And my order was melted. It had a tag that did say it was completed at 8:42. It was ready, the attitude was disgusting and the product was garbage. Do better , Baskin Robbin’s Houma.

The ice cream is like any other delight and is very convenient! Just this particular stop that concerned me. So I ordered two scoops of ice cream and one was pistachio. Me, personally, does not like any sort of nuts in sweets, even though I’m not allergic. And I noticed that when I ate the pistachio ice cream, that it has some thin pieces of almonds, I am going to assume. It wasn’t chocolate, because it tasted like nut and it wasn’t pistachios, because the texture wasn’t as soft. And when I was looking at the flavor options, the Pistachio didn’t say it included any nuts other than pistachio. This could be dangerous for anyone who is allergic to almonds. Also, I was disappointed when I was expecting the ice cream to turn out differently.
