Absolutely amazing customer service! Me and my family came in yesterday for my sons birthday & Immediately we were greeted by Dorien & Kylie. They were upbeat and so friendly. We weren’t sure what we wanted to order so Dorien offered us samples and helped us decide. The Ice cream was amazing as usual ! The customer service was Top notch & We felt so welcomed baskin robbins is a chain restaurant but this one felt like a local mom and pops Ice cream shop. We look forward to coming back!

Just spent 35$ on freezer burned pints of goldmedal ribbon…its total ice even in middle, i called but no answer.. check your ice cream before you leave if you buy pints from freezer

I’ve been a major fan of Baskin Robbins ice cream for decades. However, lately I’ve become extremely irritated with the service at BOTH locations (Junction City & Manhattan Kansas). I don’t mind paying a higher price for their specialty ice creams because they are so delicious. What I’m angry about is the smaller amount that is put in the hand packed pink plastic quart size containers! The past 4 times I’ve ordered ice cream in those containers, they’ve ALL been filled 1 – 2 inches BELOW THE LID! So I’m paying the higher price for service and a little extra effort to hand pack the pink quart containers WITHOUT getting my monies worth. I’m very specific when I place the order, that it be packed to the rim and the attendants appear and/or sound to understand my request. Yet when opened at home, once again the amount in the container is less than it SHOULD BE! I’m getting tired of calling the store back to get it corrected. Why can’t the employees do it right the FIRST TIME?! Where is their work ethic, conscience, pride in their abilities?? I truly hope a few managers read this AND do something about it.

The icecream itself is phenomenal. However, the customer service needs some work. The lady that served us was very flighty and ready to get us out the door. On top of that, she got 3 out of 5 of our orders wrong. We told her 1 flavor and then she would go get it and then come back and we would tell her the next flavor. So, the lady that served us did not know her flavors. Unfortunately, we weren’t paying attention to make sure it was right, we noticed it was wrong when we walked out the door.
