My daughter and I went to the Bridgeton location for a sweet treat last night. I’d rather stick to ice cream from the grocery store. The ice cream was freezer burned and full of ice like it had been sitting forever. Very disappointed! Do better!

I went to this location today after reading online that BR has dairy free flavors.
When I asked what flavors were dairy free, they said all the had that was would be the fat free vanilla frozen yogurt. Hmmm… I read the ingredients and wow, it’s frozen yogurt, very dairy full.
What’s more is that I did see the lemon sorbet, which the site has listed as dairy free. The staff had no idea what they had and at least 5-10 ice creams weren’t labeled at all.
Honestly, an “i don’t know” would serve people with allergies far better than just lying about the selection….

The service that I received at this particular baskin robins was really great. We went with our children and their friends after having taking them skating. The staff was very patient with us as he had multiple orders for all of the children that were with us. The staff was nice and the atmosphere was great and perfect amount of space for our party.

I know the franchise is minority owned but I’m done attempting to support the business. I have been trying to get an ice cream flavor that only BR carries and it’s been out of stock with several other flavors for over a month now. The owners are making it difficult for their staff to service the customers because it’s very frustrating when you cannot get what’s on the menu. The staff are unhappy and it’s not fair. If you cannot afford to provide the flavors that are advertised, please shut your business down.

Worst shakes ever! They were like milk, ridiculous at the cost of over $7.00 each, where”s the ice cream? Also they didn’t have the flavors we wanted, no comparison to Steak n Shake or Dairy Queen for both price or taste!

Drove 30min last night to get some some ice cream. Pulled up at 9:25pm. Website states closing time is 10pm. Better make it there before 925pm, when they lock the doors and stop taking drive-thru orders. When I asked the man at the window, “so you close at 9:30pm, not 10pm””, his response was, ” kinda sorta.” Will not return to a business who treats customers like this even if it means I have to make my own ice cream.

There on Saturday evening, labor day weekend to pick up ice cream for the family. Go to the drive thru and after being shot down on 3 different flavor requests we were informed they had no chocolate based ice cream flavors at all… you’re 31 flavors, there’s chance there may be someone coming in wanting chocolate ones. It was nowhere near closing time on a holiday weekend.

This is a HORRIBLE LOCATION! They Never have any “Basic Flavors” (how do you not have chocolate or vanilla)you want, the employees act like they don’t want to be at work?!? They had a such a nasty attitude with my niece, I decided to leave after getting a refund!!! All she wanted was napkins for her ice cream but the employee snapped at her in the drivethru! I will NEVER BE BACK! I USED TO LOVE when I was a Child but they Ruined they for my Whole Family!
