I ordered a birthday cake with 5 days notice and was supposed to pick it up at 3pm. I made it to the store at 6pm and they told me that the cake wasn’t finished and that they were unable to finish it. Staff was very unknowledgable and unsympathetic. I needed it for a birthday the next day and they didn’t even care and kept telling me it wasn’t their problem. Absolutely ridiculous and I was extremely disappointed. I was really looking forward to surprising my mom with this cake. They said that their cake person was out this week and they couldn’t even call or email to tell me that they had to cancel the order so that I would have time to make other arrangements. Absolutely awful customer service!

I got a stale waffle cone from them, probably like 1-2 days old completely soft. my husband got a perfectly fine waffle cone! We also went for breakfast once and they completely forgot about half our order had to go back through and try and get the rest of our stuff and they fought us a bit saying we had everything. After awhile we got the rest of our order however I wouldn’t recommend this place.

i placed a order for a birthday cake 2 days before the actual day. went to pick it up today and turns out that it wasn’t even made yet! My kid was so excited this is extremely disappointing. I made the payment and everything. Super disappointed

If i was still a manager of a dunkin franchise. The kids working at this location wouldve been fired on their first day. Normally when ik passing through dekalb, this location has zero issues with my order, and ill even go as far to say, the last time i was here 2 weeks ago, my chocolate shake was blended PERFECT!
This time however was SHOCKING how terrible they were.
The interaction over the drive thru speaker was fine, with zero issue. But as soon as i pull up to pay. There is some dude with a blank expression on his face.
Im not saying you have to smile 24/7, because lord knows i didnt! But dont also look like it is physically paining you to be working right now. He also blandly barked out my order today

Him: …one second…. Ok here.. “closes window”
I shrug it off because its 9am and they might be fresh off a breakfast rush so okay. But then when im half way through finishing my wakeup wraps and hashbrown. I notice, THEY ONLY GAVE ME ONE WAKE UP WRAP!!!
On top of the fact that the severely watered down my shake, i didnt even get my complete order. & i was on the road at that point so i didnt even bother to go back for a refund. But i can assure you that i will never be going to this dunkin again.
Maybe this was just an honest mistake by the teenagers working there, and not the manager trying to cut costs. Either way. BUYER BEWARE!

We went through with our 3 children to get the creature features. We were charged for the creature features but we didn’t get the whole cup for the excitement for the children. The gentleman at the drive through said the manager is aware and they were not going to fix it. What a rip off. Guess what the ice cream wasn’t even that good.

Terrible customer service!! Not one employee asked us what we wanted as our group of 6 stood and waited for too long. They looked at us several times from the back, but didn’t help us. We all left without ordering. The bathroom was disgusting and full of toilet paper and the shelves were unorganized and messy. Maybe the ice cream is good, but we will never know. Heading to Ollie’s as we should have done first.

We ordered a chocolate shake. The woman had chocolate milk at the drive up window. We explained it wasnt what we ordered. She had to leave to ask the manager if they had malts and she bought out a pint of icecream. Clueless employee. She proceeded to not communicate for a minute and appeared to be taking another order and hadnt given us out money back. We had to honk the horn to get her attention to explain she was trying to get us our money back from the register.
