We are a veteran owned small business. We opened in May 2018 to bring back this great ice cream and fun experiences to the Lansing area. Baskin-Robbins has made so many family customs so come in as we are back and open all year! Visit one of our three stores in the Lansing area: 1917 W Grand River Okemos, 1595 W Lake Lansing Rd East Lansing and 619 N Marketplace in Delta Township.

Because ice cream is cheaper than therapy I went here 4 times in 10 days. They are usually fairly busy evenings and weekends. I was hangry for ice cream and at first I was thinking “errrrmuhgaawd… this is taking forever.” In fact it was only 5 minutes and considering there was only one employee serving customers, it was actually fast. And she had great recommendations. Had a fancy waffle cone with Monkey Business ice cream and it was the best! All was well in my world. On the last visit they were out of that but I hope they bring it back. Tried the grammy ice cream this last time. Amaaazing. I’m usually a strictly chocolate ice cream kind of person but there are amazing flavors to try! Highly recommend! Better than Xanax and cheaper than therapy

This is the first time I’ve felt the need to leave a one-star review, but this experience left no other choice.
My child turned 6 on February 1st. Since he had been sick on last week, we planned a simple, comforting birthday and ordered a Baskin-Robbins ice cream cake through the app on January 30th to ensure it would be ready.
When my husband arrived to pick up the cake, the store told us they could not find the order and that the cake had never been made. There was no phone call, message, or notification beforehand to inform us of any issue.
My husband spoke with the employees on duty and did receive a refund. However, a refund does not resolve the situation. The most anticipated part of my child’s birthday was already missed, with no opportunity to make alternative arrangements.
I want to be clear that I do not blame the staff working that day — they were polite and tried to help. This was clearly a management or order-handling failure. For a brand centered around celebrations and special moments, this level of unreliability is deeply disappointing.

On Saturday, September 6th, 2025, between approximately 1 and 2 PM, I witnessed a young woman working her shift alone. She was young and vibrant! I want to highlight how amazing she was in handling our large drink order. Even under pressure, she managed to assist other customers while dealing with our request. Despite one customer having a negative attitude towards her, she continued to thrive, taking other orders and completing ours efficiently. We couldn’t thank her enough for the outstanding service we received—definitely deserving of 10 stars! If you are the manager at this branch, please consider giving her a great reward. That’s what we call outstanding hospitality!

I tried one store and then I heard that Baskin-Robbins in Okemos provides fun, creative, wonderful cakes. The decorator transformed the polar bear cake into a cat – and as you can see, she captured my request perfectly. Thank you so much (and this employee should be in charge of cake decorations for the entire company!)

The decor is super cute! It was our daughter’s birthday so she had to pose with the wall. We had never been in so we weren’t sure of our options and there were no other customers in the building at the time, so I felt that the staff being frustrated with us was a little rude. The shakes were great but for basic blended ice cream it was pricey. They had a lot of flavors and their freezer was fully stocked on cute cakes. Overall, we would go back and recommend it to others.

This was a nice ice cream shop.
It was very busy, but the manager was helping out with the customers too and kept the line moving steadily.
Both of my scoops were a decent size, and the ice cream had a good taste. But the best thing about this ice cream experience, the Chocolate dipped cone! It was delicious!
