Update. Have visited here a few times. So-so. Mainly for donuts/coffee. Today, order 2 hot fudge sundaes, 2 scoops, chop nuts. Got home, and neither had hot fudge. I thought mine did, but it was the little amts of fudge in the ice cream. One seemed to be 1 scoop or perhaps just what was left in the tub. Either way, not right, small cups, bizarre 2 sundaes for $12+ Can’t wait for East Coast to reopen. I may pay close to or the same for 2 sundaes or the like, but you get a nice size or portion. Not sure what is going on anymore these days. Help… prices… employees want to work, but not work or crap work ethic.

It’s ice cream. You should get 5 stars bc it’s ice cream. But you get a 1 star bc the service is awful. In order a cone with two scoops. The young lady handed me a cup with my cone upside down in it and said “it was leaning so I put it in a cup” Then she didn’t even give me a spoon How about you just scoop a new cone correctly? Unbelievable.

We came in for ice cream and were not greeted or acknowledged. We stood there for a while waiting to be serviced and the crew were just talking to one another and giving free donuts to their friends. We decided to leave and get Mitchell’s ice cream. They have excellent customer service always. This was your South Euclid, Ohio location on 5/25/25. I now know why we were the only customers.

Placed a mobile order, said to pick up inside, doors were locked, went through drive through, they said they don’t carry any of the flavors we ordered on the app. How the hell do you mess up this badly and still stay in business. Terrible parking lot and drive through infrastructure as well, fairly sure illegal even, you quite literally get trapped in the drive through with no way out.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I looked at most of the other reviews and they basically described what I experienced. I’m not sure why it is still opened? Two girls with attitude, a young dude doesn’t even know what flavors are on the menu on line. But said, don’t go by that. What should we go by then??? I asked for mocha instead. Girl said they don’t have mocha but they have jamocha… I asked for two scoops with nuts and Carmel…she said you mean a sundae…I said no. Two scoops with nuts and carmel and a chocolate with nuts and Carmel…she said you mean a sundae…I said no. Just two scoops with nuts and Carmel. Then she said fine, come around. Just funky attitude and rude. I’ll find somewhere else to go. They don’t value their customers at all. ♀️

Staff was very rude. Decided not to even waste our time in get anything! Very unprofessional. Not pleasant at all. Answers the customers with the word, “what,” very aggressively as if we are making his job hard. Very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. They will run this place down in no time would not recommend!

If I could give it 5 negative stars, I would. Lazy, lazy, lazy! Refused to cut my bagel in half. Barely any cream cheese on my bagel. Handed me a 2 scoop ice cream cone that was dripping and completely soaked the napkin that was handed to me. The ice cream cone probably sat in a holder melting whole my bagel was being toasted. Common sense not so common. Will never go there again

The young man who help us today was awesome super sweet but all the lady’s in there was something else very unprofessional kept waiting for one of them to notice I was standing there but they were to busy playing around! I get it they are all young but that’s super rude! Thankfully the young man came up to help us!! He is definitely a great hire and deserves all the praise he will get!!
