Pulled up at the drive Thur at 9:43 pm and no one took our order. Me and another other car. We drove around to the window and was took they stop taking orders at 9:50. My iPhone turned to 9:50 as the girl was telling me this. Sign says store closes at 10!!! If the drive thru is close then turn the light and menu board off!!!

Absolutely terrible service. Packed store, but the 3 girls working completely ignored everyone waiting to order so they could giggle, talk about going outside to fight a previous customer in the parking lot, and talk about how “dumb” another female customer was when she asked for a lid and how they “don’t like her.” The 1 male employee was the only one actually working. He was slow, but at least he was acknowledging customers. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I am not sure what it wrong with Baskin Robbins in the past 10 years but it has gotten progressively and progressively worse. My ice cream just tasted of absolutely NO FLAVOR. It tasted as if it had been melted and refrozen. Horrible…the service was fast, but the ice cream was disgusting.

The ice cream was good but the staff were rude. I had my ice cream and was waiting to pay and I was patient until they started to ring up the customers behind me ( they got there after we did) And I had to move out the way. I was confused on why they were acting so ill and rude to us but they treated other customers nicely and with care. Idk if it was a racist thing or what but if you’re gonna work in customer service treat all people the same.

The ice cream was good, the staff started out being rude while I was ordering at the speaker. When I got to the window the additive didn’t stop there. I tapped my card and after I left i noticed that a tip was on my receipt (no I didn’t hit thr tip button). I called and made a complaint about the attitude and the tip. They passed it on to the manager & she called & quickly became on the defensive side. I get having your workers back but to argue me about everything no ma’am we are not going to do this. So I simply said thank you and have a great evening. She claimed she was going to make it better but I have to deal with you arguing with me about something I said ok I can over look that and your still going back & forth with me. I will pass. So disappointed

Throughout the summer made multiple trips to this BR for shakes. Let owner know the shakes were more of a flavored milk instead of a thicker shake. Apparently watering down the shakes is a cost cutting measure. They’re consistently thin. A shame when a McDonald’s shake is thicker. We’ve stopped going
