If I could, I’d give them zero stars. Horrible service they forgot two of our kids scoops and argued and had poor attitudes. And the two milkshakes that we got, tasted of milk only it was so thin.

I’m honestly confused by the hype around Baskin-Robbins. I’m not sure if this is how all locations operate or if it’s just this one, but my experience was disappointing.

I went in excited to try the Mangonada drink. I was charged for it, only to then be told they didn’t have the ingredients to actually make it. I think they should know what they do and don’t have before charging someone something, but instead they tried to sell me something else. I politely asked for a refund, which shouldn’t have been necessary in the first place.

On top of that, the music was so loud I could barely hear myself think, let alone communicate my order clearly. The employees also seemed more focused on their phones than on customers.

Overall, it felt disorganized and underwhelming for a place that gets so much praise. Not the experience I expected.

Something needs to be done about yalls truck order. Every single time without fail you are out of every single ice cream. I don’t understand if you are aware it’s a high demand item you should order more. It is easy to see trends. The workers are always polite but it’s extremely irritating to always go and you are out of something.

On 2 occasions we have stopped in to purchase 2 of the quart size Gold Metal Ribbon. 1st time about 2 weeks ago; the girl didn’t even know if you all had Gold Metal Ribbon, acted as if she had never heard of it. End up asking a gentleman who said you all were out. Tonight, I called to see if you all had any; no answer. Checked your web site and it would allow me to order so drove there only to, again, get a girl at drive thru who was completely clueless and finally agreed that you all must be out. Clearly staff is not sharing what is being requested so that it can be ordered. Not the way I remember BR having been in the past! We will make a point to stop at one of the other stores and hope that we get better service than we can get in our own back yard….Pace!!

My 8 year old son asked me to give this place 0 stars. My husband took him here to get an ice cream cake for his birthday. When he tried to pay with a $50 bill, they refused and asked if he had any smaller bills, like 20s, since they didn’t have their “pen”. Mind you, the cake would’ve been $40. Logically thinking- they wouldn’t have been able to accept any cash if the “pen” statement was thought through. Thanks for upsetting my autistic child. We took him to Walmart he spent that $50 CASH on cake, books and toys! Do better!

I brought my kids and their friends in for an ice cream treat, but the experience was far from positive. The moment we walked inside, it was uncomfortably hot. One of the employees, K’namaya, kindly explained that the A/C had been out for several days, and that two different repair companies had already come out but still couldn’t figure out what was wrong.

The two women working behind the counter were visibly sweating, doing their best to serve customers in the hot and humid conditions. I was only inside for five minutes before I started sweating myself. I can’t imagine working like that for an entire shift. There were two small fans, but they did almost nothing to help.

To make matters worse, several ice cream options were unavailable, most toppings were out of stock, and we were accidentally charged for an extra scoop. I didn’t mind and simply asked for two donuts in place of the difference. The employees happily agreed and mentioned that their system makes processing refunds a hassle.

To be clear, this is not a reflection of the employees. They were polite, professional, and doing the absolute best they could in miserable conditions. This review is for whoever owns or manages this location. Keeping a store open without functioning A/C in Florida heat is unacceptable and immoral. I highly doubt the owner would tolerate working under the same conditions.

If nothing else, those employees deserve a thank-you card with a cash bonus inside. You know doing the morally right thing.

I ordered an ice cream cake online for this location. They were out of the ice cream flavor I chose online but called me to pick another and they had way more options available and I was able to actually get my favorite one instead. The cake came out perfect and I appreciate the diligence put into it!

I have tried to buy ice cream from this place 3 times recently. Two out of three times they didn’t have anything to put it in. This last time I just decided it’s a waste of time to go there. Poor management. .

I would personally give them like a zero if I could they never have any flavors of ice cream now except for the basic ones like chocolate and vanilla. They’re always out of everything. They refuse to restock it. They always say we’re not gonna put it out. The ladies are always somewhat nice, but kind of ridiculous at the ice cream store. That’s biggest thing is how many flavors they have never have anything besides anything basic
