We’ve always visited this location and have always loved the ice cream and donuts. I wanted to write a review to highlight the wonderful experience we had today with Austin though. We had ordered online for pick up and found out when we arrived, at no fault of his, that not all the ingredients to complete the order were there. Austin went above and beyond to help us and turned it into such a positive experience. Thanks Austin! See you for the next scoop!

I ordered an Oreo ice cream cookies & scoops cake for Father’s Day. The cake I picked up looked nothing like the cake online! The chocolate cake inside the ice cream cake was completely inedible! They used raspberry and butter pecan ice cream to decorate the top of the cake when it was shown as chocolate and cookies n cream. The whole cake was poorly decorated as well! Poor customer service inside the restaurant as well! Very disappointed! Will not be returning to this location for baskin Robbins or for Dunkin donuts! I ordered an iced coffee while waiting for them to get my cake. The coffee had a sour taste! Was not able to drink it!

Very disappointed. Had 1 girl working hard, in store orders and drive through. Another worker asked if she said she needed help, she said she did and the other worker FINALLY came out but didn’t take our order. The ice cream had ice crystals throughout and was horrible. They did not have the advertised waffle cones and the regular cone they gave us were stale. We ended up throwing it all away. Solid waste of our money.

Went to Baskin Robbins for a vanilla and chocolate shake. They were out of chocolate?? So they used chocolate syrup in vanilla. We asked to add donuts to our order. The clerk said it was too late to do that and there were too many cars in the drive through?? There were three cars behind us. They said they would bring the shakes out to us. We had to wait about 15 minutes. Both shakes were awful! – cheap mix.

Took my daughter for ice cream at about 5 PM lights were on but the door was locked the hours clearly stated they were open. Came back another day and limited flavors and no no chocolate dipped waffle cones. Worst run/owned B&R I have ever been too.

Was informed at the window that my flavor of choice was “a bit soft” so they put my ice cream and cone in a cup. It was almost completely melted and simultaneously tasted freezer burnt and even the cone was stale. I’ve never had ice cream go so wrong. Tried to call the store but no one answering.

I had to give this Baskin-Robbins 5 stars. First the guy who took our order was spot on with customer service. But what really earned them 5 stars is the friendliness of the staff there. My father in law drove away with out his credit card. The guy at the window yelled at my father in-law to get him to stop. He then jumped out the pick up window to run over and give the credit card. After giving the credit card back to my father in-law he then ran back and jumped back through the window. It was a great experience!

Terrible. Do not go here. I would go to Ben and Jerry’s. The black male with dreads was very rude and refused to get us napkins. The male was talking and laughing on the phone. Both females were to busy gossiping and took 5 minutes to get to us for us to order. Then I tried to pay and it was like I was inconveniencing the male. BEWARE DO NOT GO!!! I tried to order the peanut butter cup sundae and they were out of the ice cream for it and I was so frustrated I just got a scoop of ice cream. They did not wear gloves and then went and took money in the drive thru.

Ordered a jamoca ice cream, guy said there waa non.. So I oreder a different kind with a chocolate waffle cone, he said they didn’t have any unless you get a waffle bowl. I’m sure you can dip a waffle cone in chocolate, but I’m not in the mood to argue so I said fine. He just handed me a regular waffle bowl, I just take it. As my boyfriend orders, a lady comes in and talks to a man on the dunkin donuts side and she orders a jamoca shake. I tell her they are out, she looks at me and the guy comes out of the back with a fresh tub of jamoca ice cream. So I guess they can only be bothered to check in the back for regulars. My boyfriend gets his and we went to order some coffee as well. Over all, coffee was horrible, the lady who made it didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing, kept asking the guy who had went in the back what to do and both coffees turn out undrinkable. The waffle cone was stale. Just an awful experience.

Walked in and was told I would be waited on in just a moment. After a 10 minute wait, we decided our money wasn’t good enough for them.
They never acknowledged us again, despite standing at the counter and patiently waiting.
That’s ok. We went to Dairy Queen instead.
